This GNC physical store is absolutely worth the trip. As other reviewers have noted, the manager,…read moreOliver, makes it a cut above. Very friendly, knowledgeable and very customer oriented. No pressure, just friendly help. They have a good stock, but more importantly, Oliver has a strong background in fitness and nutrition and knows what products work best - across vitamins, supplements, and nutrition. If they don't have some you want they will order it - and it will arrive quickly & as in good shape (not stale or crushed). Oliver & his team make sure you get the appropriate deals and discounts. Like others, I've been a satisfied customer at this GNC store for several years

They have raw milk, kefir, and yogurt (I think) delivered from Keely Farms Dairy on Wednesdays. They also carry a few of my favorites, like Lesser Evil popcorn and Hu Chocolate. I live in the Melbourne/Palm Bay area of Brevard County/Space Coast and I can tell you the options…read morefor organic, green, and/or alternative goods are far and few in between. We have Lucky's Market on US-192 along with other stores, but if you live in Palm Bay like I do, it can be a hastle to drive out there just to shop. That is why I love the Paradise Health Foods chain. I usually go to the one on Minton Rd., but this time, I went to the store on Malabar Rd. If all you want is a limited selection of groceries and/or alternative health goods, this place is a-okay. Paradise Health Foods & Cafe (which I will shorthand simply to Paradise for the rest of this review), is specifically located in the Publix Shopping Plaza near the Malabar Rd. entrance/exit for I-95. It is a small store in comparison to its other locations and only holds certain groceries and health products. As a result, it may not be the best place to shop if you are looking for organic greens, breads, or a wider shopping selection. That doesn't mean Paradise is a bad place whatsoever. It is the closest store for those living in Bayside Lakes. Ergo, for getting a thing or two quickly, it is a blessing. Not to mention, it is right near other stores that do have such options the sister stores do have. Publix may not be known for being a green or alternative grocery store, but I do trust their produce as much as the Paradise chain. And believe it or not, Walmart does have some of the goods Paradise does have at a cheaper price. Overall, Paradise is a great store. They do pale in comparison to the Minton Rd. store but that is fine. For what they have, they do a phenomenal job.

When asking about a product she belittled me and made unnecessary comments. She said if I call it what I called it 3 strikes and I'm out. When returning home found that a piece was broken. So I went to return to the store had to wait 30 min for the break to be over. When entering the shop there were others being helped so I stood and waited patiently. She then yelled what's wrong?!? I pulled out the broken piece and she said what's wrong with it. I said it's broken then she grabbed the replacement and told me I was creepy just standing there and I was ruining her vibe granted she was helping someone so I was just patiently waiting. Overall the store had what was needed but the service was so bad and unnecessary to be treated the way she treated me. will not go back because of service.
