I will swear about 1000 times during a session, get yelled at like I'm in the army and cry inside regretting at the moment of why the hell did I come here!!! Then I'll do it all again the next day, and the next day! This power couple is such an inspiration, being around them is such an honour cause you see their hard work they put into themselves is amazing. More they better themselves is proof they will be able to help better YOU through their own experiences. I've been to gyms and tried out trainers and for years never really stuck to one. For one they were to into themselves and didn't care for their clients and two, they themselves aren't as fit and knowledgeable. I've had my fair share of shitty trainers that just didn't hype me up. Decided to give this place a try because I stumbled upon them on Social media and saw how bad ass they were. Sure enough I didn't screen shot their business, fast forward 2-3 years after I found them again. Took the first class as it was free and well close to a year later here we are. Facility is clean and they take pride of cleanliness Price is a bit more on the higher scale, but it's an investment for yourself, and health is the new wealth ‍#justsaying. Everyone that goes here are so kind and supportive, no ego measuring in this joint for sure. Private lessons with either of them is awesome. Both got different ways of teaching. If you want that new year, new me come try them out. You will regret it AT the time, but it'll be worth it. Thank you far joon and Ali Jaan

They also support nutritional needs and whatever question I've had from them so far. Love love love this place

This school teaches two styles - bagua and zhaquan. I started out only interested in bagua, because…read moreit focuses more on the soft, internal side of martial arts, while zhaquan is more hard/aggressive. However, the teacher John convinced me to study both, so I finally gave in. It turns out that it's a great combination! Focusing on bagua has really helped me tune into my body and generate power from full-body energy rather than just relying on my arm or leg to strike. Zhaquan adds in the animated, relentless energy that I needed to take my martial arts to the next level. I love this school because I've been able to dig deep into the internal and self defense aspects of martial arts. John is amazing at teaching you exactly what you need when you need it. In some ways, martial arts is like that. It fits everyone's personality, whether they're in it to improve their health, or to learn to defend themselves. So long story short, highly recommended! Whether you come here or end up somewhere else, check it out and see how martial arts can fit your life!

It is extremely sweaty and hot in the gym if you don't mind. I went for Monday class, there is not really any structure on the fundamental teaching (although the class description says it is adult fundamental Muay Thai class). The fitness class is good, it is a circuit and plus the heat, you will sweat like a bucket, excellent warm up for the Muay Thai class. I have done Muay Thai before so I know the fundamentals but it might be confusing for someone who has never done it before. The students and the instructors are super nice and friendly. Overall it is very bang for the buck you paid for the groupon. I would go again just because I like the challenges.
