Other stores gave me a huge headache and made my project seem like a huge problem for them. Not UPS. My project was not a problem at all for them, and they completed it quickly, too. I was really thankful that John helped me. After feeling frustrated by my treatment from other copy stores, John assured me my project was easy for them, and he was polite and respectful to me. I think this store is a winner if you want your work done fast and with people who are polite.

if i could rate this below one star i would. they started off by deciding my address was "too hard…read moreto get to" even though its on a main city road in london and is super accessible. Then when i got the notification that "receiver was inaccessible" i called to figure out where my package was. When i called i waited on hold for 45 minutes just to talk to a guy that didn't know his left from his right. i told him many times i would go pick the package up and he insisted i get it redelivered. When i told him no yet again because i did not want this to happen again, he finally agreed and let me pick up my package. He said i would get a notification by 9 am the next day saying where my package was and that i could go and pick it up. Fast forward to the next day. I had a busy morning so i checked at 11am. No notification saying where my package is and when i use there online chat thing it says there is an issue and i need to call purolator again. So by now im really pissed and to make matters worse, i waited on hold with them for 2 1/2 hours. Once i finally got through i told the lady what was happening and she said that it was at the center but they needed to make up "paperwork" and that i wouldn't be able go pick it up until Monday or Tuesday. Which is absolute bullshit. if i dont need paperwork when you were supposed to deliver it my house, why do i need paperwork now? Anyways its been almost a week now and i still haven't got my package. I am currently on hold yet AGAIN with purolator and i have gotten absolutely nowhere. This is a GARBAGE company, never ever use there services
