The employee attempted to help me (sort of), but kept giving me attitude that caused me to mirror it back to him. He doesn't like that and decides to kick me out. I ask for his name so that I can make a complaint, and he says that's a threat and I'm now trespassing. It was unreal. I get that some people are more sensitive to conflict than others, but that was someone who needs some serious training in dealing with unhappy customers... and also learn to tone down the condescending attitude. I will not order from any company that uses UPS so that I don't have to face him again. He actually scares me.

I despise this post office location. When I get a notice that a package delivery attempt was made…read moreat my home, about half of the time, the notice directs me to this location for pick-up. And every time I groan. I seriously debate whether the package is even worth the hassle of dealing with the incompetent staff. I received a notice yesterday that I had missed a delivery, and to pick up my package after 1pm today. I went there at 6pm, waited in line for 20 minutes (about six people were ahead of me), handed the woman working the counter my slip, and waited for another five minutes while she looked for my package. She did ask me if I knew what the package looked like. "Um, no. I am not sure what it is." She eventually said that the package wasn't there and wouldn't be available until 1pm tomorrow. When I showed her the dates, she said, "Well, it's not here yet. I looked at every single parcel, and it's not here." Then she told me that if I knew what the package looked like, that might help. "Really? I thought you looked at every single parcel. How would my knowing what the package looked like help?" This encounter was typical. I wish that Canada Post would revoke their license to be an outpost for them. This location is terrible.

The workers here obviously hate life and hate working here as all the ones I've come across are miserable and show it. They have no idea what customer service is. One time I received a pick up slip and went to pick it up according to the hours on the sheet. I get there and I wait in line while one customer is ahead of me. When it's my turn the girl says that they're closing at a special time of 7:30 PM today and pointed to the sign on the counter. I was pissed. I asked her what time it was and she looked at her clock and said, "7:31." I asked her if I could just quickly pick up my package and she refused because she'd, "have to open her till back up." Ummm... I saw her just finish with the customer ahead. BS. The guy behind me was in the same boat and was mad that he'd have to walk back home in -20°C weather and not even get his package. Fast forward to today when I went to pick up a package and I get to the counter, a different girl is working and is busy with tidying up the shelf and doesn't even look at me but says to hold on. Okay......... once she finishes I hand her my pick up slip and she says it won't be available until tomorrow after 1 PM. Usually the slip tells you but this one didn't and had a box checked with no information on when to pick it up. I said, I wasn't sure and usually it tells me to pick it up same day after 5 PM. She said that the information didn't print on the slip but the first box is always next day after 1 PM, in a tone like I'm supposed to know. No apologies, no empathy. NO STARS. Fine, I have to give 1 star.

By the time I got to the door, I just saw a notice saying it's his final attempt to deliver. This time I used the service again. I called the 1-800 number to pay the duties and taxes, signed the notice so the delivery guy will just drop off my package. The customer service said they will notify the guy that I already paid. Left my house that night, came back expecting the package by the door. And again, the guy didn't leave the package and demanded payment even if I was told they will send him a message saying I have already paid. I will never use DHL again. Yes, they may charge less than UPS, but this is one of those things where you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay double the shipping charge, go with UPS, who has a way better service.

The sign says 'Back door please', but they don't read it because they're walking across my grass. Some of them know better than to leave documents in a puddle on that front step, or to NOT leave small envelopes sitting on that uncovered front step to blow away. Many of them know to go to the back door with the gate and the mailbox, as they have politely asked. I waited on hold to ask them (again) to stop dumping my work packages on the front step and requested a call back. I got one an hour later, and explained the problem. They asked for a tracking number, but before I could give it, they hung up. I'm on hold again.

I dropped off my package at this location on October 21 and it was never picked up or scanned into the Edmonton Warehouse. Then on October 27, a fake package using the same Tracking ID as mine entered into the system before being delivered to a fake address. My package was never recovered. I Spoke with the owner (Ritvee Singla) and she denies any wrongdoing. Keeps saying that the package was picked up and taken to the warehouse, even though there is no proof of this. She will not provide video surveillance footage of my package after drop off claiming that they only keep 1 weeks worth of footage. Stay away from this location!
