Canada Post promises 2 day delivery during pandemic with guarantee for corporate customers, FedEx promises 1 day delivery with no guarantee and would arrive to my customers between 2 to 5pm (pre pandemic guarantee was honoured) and UPS, well it seems to be hitting 10am almost consistently with the 1 day no guarantee. The service abilities will be dependent on location, obviously more rural areas will be really dependent on carrier and their network. My only criticism is this location. There is really only one way into the plaza from Bishop, if you get out, you can go back to Hespeller if you're driving north; but if you're driving south then you must go back on Bishop. With the Tim Hortons in the plaza some patrons line up blocking the access to Bishop and it's difficult to make a left to go back to Franklin (parallel to Hespeller). I cross my fingers and toes no one hits me, so far so good.

Horrible. They were to deliver a stove from Home Depot. Took the day off - unpaid- to wait for…read morethem and when they arrived the driver claimed he couldn't get up my driveway and I would get my stove in THREE DAYS days with a different truck. I explained that while the driveway is steep, we had a moving truck negotiate it and that I also had the gas install booked for the next day, so could they please deliver it later today or early tomorrow. Nope. As I can't afford to take yet another day off, I asked the B+N manager, Jason, if I could rent a truck myself and come get the stove from their warehouse and he no, said they were closed.....and this is at 3 o'clock in the afternoon .. but that I could come the next day between 9am and 2pm! I explained that my install was booked during that time, so clearly I needed to get it today and that if they delivered in three days ( a Friday) then the installation would be moved to the next week and I would be without a stove for over a week and I have three kids. Jason clearly didn't care as he refused help. Called Home Depot and even the lady there said B&N has a terrible reputation with them. Home Depot lost a sale over this and I wouldn't use B+N if you paid me. I ended up canceling my stove order because of B+ N's atrocious customer service.

They finally scheduled a delivery 1 week in advance, within a 4 hour window, then called less than 24 hours prior to cancel the delivery. They scheduled the delivery for the next day, same time in evening, and the delivery man came in the morning. This company is horribly disorganized, don't waste your time with them.
