Let me start by saying this place is definitely rundown on the outside for sure. I went on…read moreNovember 30th & 31st, 2025. I went at 8:30 AM. It was clean. The machines worked only problem I can say that I had was the spin cycle wasn't 100%. They were just a little bit more wet than I'm normally used to, the dryers worked well. I dried six loads, each machine I put $1.25 and that was fine to dry most of my items. There was an attendant that did pop in and swept a little bit and then he left. He was cordial said hello to everyone, I didn't encounter any individual having any issue, there was multiple people coming in and out so it was definitely a revolving door early Sunday morning. It was my first time visiting this location. I'm not from Pine Bluff Arkansas. I'm from California I'm here visiting my son , and I had to help with washing clothes. Im here for the Thanksgiving weekend spending time with him as he's here in college. Overall, I must say my experience was a 9 out of 10 and only because of the spin cycle not getting the clothing damp enough. I wasn't as comfortable in the environment that I was in because it was my first time there but other than that, my clothes was washed they smelled great and was dried well, I was very grateful that I found a location that I was able to wash all the clothing that my son had to be washed. Fred the laundry attendant was a very helpful and respectful man. The owners were too. Thanks from California

Beware of this Laudromat, washers and dryers do not function properly. And when you ask for your…read moremoney back the attendant (tall african american) refuses to give you , your money back. I went to this laudromat to wash and dry my clothes, well while drying my clothes the dryer just stop working . I went over to the cameras inside the building and began to try and signal for the attendant to come and assist me because i had put the last of my money in the dryer and now i'm unable to dry my clothes and they are wet . Well no one came, i was extremely upset because i had wet clothes and no money to finish because i put all my quarters in the machine to dry them . The next day i go and i let the attendant know and i told him i would be back because my clothes had mildewed, so i need my refund from the dryer and i would like some quarters for a courtesy wash to wash the mildew clothes i have now because no one came when i tried to get help . I ask the gentleman he just look at me and just kept mopping completely ignoring me . This a a disgrace , horrible customer service , it's not my fault your equipment is raggedy just like your customer service . He has absolutely no empathy , when none of this was my fault those raggedy dryers to working. I ask for a refund and he refused, your a thief and a liar . And i hope this business fails. Because you know i was owed money for your faulty dryer and i had to pay to re wash my clothes because they was sour because of no more change. I'm reporting this crooked business to BBB because this is not a legit business, a bunch of thieves. I will never step foot in this dishonest business and i'm going to make sure i spread the word , not to deal with this laudromat . Maybe if the attendant took the time to stay and do some work instead of checking in for a hot second and leaving. Like sir isn't this your job, i wish i had the luxury to walk into work just look around and then walk out and go about my day while still on the clock . Do some work like fix those washer and dryers . Clean up the dirty place . Wipe down the machine , mop the floor , take out the trash . I will never give this place another quarter of my money . This place is a DUMP!!!!!

I spent the better part of my Saturday here, running ten loads of laundry. I used multiple…read moredifferent washers. I thought the washers were a bit pricey. They start at $2 for a "light" cycle. The bulk front load washers started at $4.50. You could fit two loads into them. But I didnt feel that they spun the clothes down nearly as well. The standard sized front loaders were average, and between the two prices, above. The front loaders all had detergent entry above. I am short, I did not see this, so I dumped my detergent straight into the washers. There were not clear instructions for this. The dryers could hold two loads. They were all .25 for 5 min of drying, which tbh, I thought was high also. However, they get super hot and you can get a double load of clothes dry in 30 min or less, easily. Bulk materials like a comforter, took 45 min. The laundromat wasn't super clean but wasn't dirty. It would be great to have it swept and mopped out every day, with clean mop water. It had the standard lint and fuzzies floating around, which, meh. Make you sneeze. It was warm inside, but that was due ti all of the energy consumption. They had a/c running and a quiet 80s radio that happily competed with everyone else's devices. There is a quarter change machine that will change over $1, $5 and $10 which is great. Of course I needed twenties changed over so had to run across the street ti break the twenties. The biggest issue I had (which was minor) was the laundry detergent/softener dispenser. It was pay by app or by coin. I didn't care to download the app and I wanted to pay with change. But nowhere in the machine did it give a cost for detergent. So instead, I visited the grocery across the street again, and bought detergent. I think that's about all. All patrons were respectful and helpful, a diverse group of people. No employees onsite at anytime that I was there. There was a bathroom available, behind an unlabeled door. It was dirty, no soap, but functional. I did learn from this venture, that I would never want to work at a laundromat or a dry cleaner. Washing and folding all day is hard work!

So, problems with the washer at home so I had to find a laundromat. Googled Bryant, AR and saw…read morethere were two. I chose the closest and had pretty low expectations. I am 43 and haven't been to a laundromat since college. Pleasantly surprised at how clean, well lit, and cool it was inside. It was a 94 degree day and this place has dryers right? It was about 70 in there. Prices have gone up a bit since college! But, great, heavy duty machinery and wireless internet. I hope my washer gets fixed and don't have to frequent this place often, but surprisingly nice!
