Between the buffet and Pureza, the buffet is definitely worse, but not by much. During our stay at Hyatt Ziva we tried almost every restaurant and found Pureza to be our least favorite. While the service was very friendly, and the fried maki was amazing, our pad thai and egg rolls were merely so so, and the chicken rice dish I ordered was straight up not good. Because the appetizers weren't too bad, it's hard to give them less than a three since it was mainly the flavor profiles of the two main course dishes that were the issue, either with too much lemon or soy, or very bland. You can probably skip Pureza on your stay, hit up Blaze, and be much happier. read more

OMG, having lived in SF for 20 years and Seattle for 3, I know good Asian. Their food is bad. The meat texture was bizarre and the fried foods were greasy. Service at the Hyatt is always good. Can't wait to get home and have real, tasty Asian cuisine. read more
