BEWARE of this company's sales process! They don't give you the whole amount your project will cost until you have a site survey and sign their install agreement. The site survey is carried out by a guy who is on the phone with presumably an engineer while he describes your roof structure and condition. Mine happened to occur on a day that was 10 below zero with a foot of snow on the roof. They claimed there were no issues with placing a new 30K array on my existing 20 year old asphalt roof. Meanwhile the clock is ticking on the cancellation clause that is buried in their agreement that allows them to charge you $1000 if you don't go through with the installation. Since I knew the roof was going to be an issue and wanted to get it replaced before putting solar on it I did not reach out to purposefully cancel any commitment I might have made in the papers I signed to get the site survey done. A month and a half later, No outreach, No warning, No alert was given that they were about to charge me A THOUSAND DOLLARS!!, just a call from their sales department saying I owe this money per the install agreement since I didn't cancel within the stated time which was very soon after the site survey was done.
