My face has seen astronomical differences since drinking this water!! I started EXCLUSIVELY drinking water from Dave in April 2025. I refill with the R.O. Refiltered with crystals and take my 1g just everywhere while the other 5G i use at home. Within a few weeks i noticed my skin looked brighter and more hydrated. Skin tone balanced and the usually puffiness we get under our eyes, started to go away. I eat a health diet so the only thing that changed was our drinking water. Prior to this, my family was filtering our water from the tap. I will never go back. Dave is kind, friendly, and happy to say hello. It's quick, simple & buying the jugs from the store is much cheaper than Amazon + they're also BPA free! He also has delicious kombucha on tap that we treat ourselves to here & there! Once you start getting water here, you'll wonder why you didn't come sooner! Thanks dave! read more

I've been coming here to purchase water for over 5 years, they have the best tasting smooth water I've ever had, this company offers Alkaline water and filtered non-alkaline water. It's affordable, hydrating, and delicious! They even have CBD infused water safe for you or your pets. The owner is very nice and very knowledgeable, and goes out of his way to help customers. They sell a lot of other products including water bottles. Plastic and glass for your home, and office. They just opened up Browns gas therapy - relax in low lights and enjoy the whole body inhilation therapy for oxidative stress reduction therapy that Protects cells from free radical damage and Carrie's Regeneration properties! read more

Excellent service...great water. The owner, really super nice and helps fill your waters for you. Great conversation. And, although they didn't have it last time I was in, they do have CBD-infused water as well. read more

Friendly, and convenient Just remember they are closed on Wednesday!. I never remember

I've been going to Pure Water Plus for over 10 years and the quality has always been good. The owner is friendly even if his jokes aren't always the best, but that's OK. He maintains his equipment well. read more

Been going here for over 15 years. Best water in HB David really knows his stuff and puts his heart into his water.

Dave/David was friendly and greatly helpful and educational. Water is a little pricey but he enjoys his work and is passionate about his products. Will definitely be back. The kombucha comes in so many flavors each week or so. read more

Just started getting water from here and David is wonderful! He is friendly and super knowledgeable on water. The store is clean and labeled well and he has some other great products like kombucha on tap. We love supporting local businesses and will always come here for our water now! read more

Great price, very friendly. Mineral (alkaline) water. Best price I've seen in HB. I will be back.

Great Find. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable of his water. Glad I found this place.

I just love going there! The owner is super nice and carries amazing water and other products.

Been coming here weekly. Supporting this small business. First I was told I am not allowed to rinse and clean my water jugs inside if I am filling the waters outside (totally fine & understandable) I'll survive. Come back after literally going to this guy weekly and supporting for well over a year now. I grab one of his measly plastic carts to help me with carrying my FIVE large 3 gallon water jugs to my car (which isn't parked close) If you go there, you know the parking isnt always accessible up front. Well, the not so friendly owner instantly shuts me down, says I can't use the cart UNLESS i am purchasing inside... which i am assuming is more beneficial to his business. Basically signs me off, tells me to grab my car keys off his cart and couldn't be any quicker to basically in not so many words but more with his actions and demeanor not give a shit whether I support his business or not anymore. Yeah, I am sure I won't hurt your business by not coming anymore (which I will never return) but giving you one star, which i wish I could give less... made it a little better of a shitty situation I had with the owner. You suck. read more

I sent my husband here to get water because I didn't order enough with our current subscription, and we were looking for a new spot to get our water regularly. My husband asked about the different waters as well as the difference in pricing, and the older man that was working said "If you have to ask for the pricing then you can't afford it." How unprofessional and rude. We will be taking our business somewhere else. read more

Dave at Pure Water Plus has great water! I use it for cooking and consumption. Clean pure and refreshing. Dave has always been a great help and is a welcoming man. Thanks Dave! If you live in HB and need some great water go see Dave at Pure Water Plus! read more

We came to Pure Water Plus to find beneficial water for our Weimaraner, who was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. David was welcoming, informative and we appreciated his keen attention to detail. I can instantly tell the difference between this water and our old water. I actually notice our dogs drinking more water now and I appreciate the taste of this water much more than the water we were drinking before! read more

Horrible customer service ! Owner stands I. Front of you and talks disrespectful worth his friend about you ! Not ok ! Horrible water way way overpriced . Dirty inside read more

My family has been getting water from David for over a year now and it's some of the best water around! He has a few different options water wise, we prefer his alkaline water (which costs us around $7.50 per 5 gallon bottle) He will even do a water test in front of you to prove the quality. He has an array of other holistic and health products including CBD, kombucha, water jugs, stands, etc. great store! read more

I've been coming here for years now. The owner is always friendly and super positive but the reason for this review is the water. My cat is 17 and recently diagnosed with kidney disease as adult cats tend to get. I gave her this water and her kidney disease started reversing, something considered impossible but the test results confirmed. I've tried other alkaline water stores closer to me but immediately she started reversing back to KD symptoms. This water is basically saving her life read more

I'm trying to eliminate single use plastic. First to go was the bottled water I used to buy by the case. I bought reusable jugs from Pure Water. The water is filtered through gem stones for the minerals. The water is perfect. I give it to my dog too, and now he refuses to drink any other water. Good stuff. The owner is very knowledgeable about water and helpful. read more

I've been coming here for years and have always experienced great service here. I love the taste of the water. It's better than any water bottle water I've ever had. The prices are also pretty great. The owner is a kind guy. If you ask him for help, he's there to answer all your questions. His dog is sweet and mellow. He's there every time I've gone. It's upsetting that some reviewers here are complaining about the dog. I have never seen the dog by any of the products and never near where you fill up your jugs. He is never in the way and is so well-behaved. He is always laying out close to the front door. It's really cool that the owner brings his best friend with him to work. Overall, it's a fantastic business. read more

Waist of time and expensive, not to mention not the friendliest. Outside water dispenser out of service for over a week with no out of service sign up. So people just keep feeding it quarters without getting water. If your not going to fix it in a timely manner you should at least put up a sign to let people know it doesn't work!!!! The owner of this place is a big douche bag. I came in to get some water and I wanted to clean my bottle, the owner told me I was not allowed to use the cleanser unless I buy the water which he has inside for 1'50 a gallon. Seriously? The only reason why he gets two stars is because the outside water is only 25 cents a gallon and his store looked nice. Would not come back. See ya read more

I read all these great reviews about how friendly the owner is but i just don't see it. I have been coming by this place for a couple years and i have never seen him be friendly. Last time i was there i was the only person in the store. He was on his laptop sitting by the register and looked up at me as i walked through the door but didn't say a word. In fact he never said a word to me the entire time i was in there filling 4 5-gallon containers. Just kept up on his computer.....when i went to pay, he grunted 'thank you'. at least i think that's what he said. Sorry, you all like his dog but I am grossed out by this enormous, hairy dog in the water store. The water tastes fine but I'm just waiting to cough up a hairball someday after drinking water from here. Not friendly to me in 2 years and the hairy gross dog. I'll go elsewhere thanks read more

Got water from Dave for the first time and the experience was amazing! Customer service was great and I will be coming here to get my water from now on. "Good stuff" is .40/gal while the "really good stuff" which is alkaline/electrolyte water is $1.50/gal. You could also get a customer loyalty punch card $12/40 gal. You are a smart business man. read more

First time at this place. Wasn't sure about the prices, owner offered to fill up outside, asked him why the price was different inside and outside?? He was really rude and said, "because it's my business" "I can do whatever I want" Complete jerk. So if you fill up inside,$$ keep In mind the water outside is the same, just different price. Something to think of. ****Wont Be going Back Again**** read more

Location, convenient, clean and friendly! The owner is super friendly and helpful. Definitely our neighborhood water store. He ask carries alkaline water and his prices are reasonable. read more

owner is insanely cheap extra $1.50 to come inside and get water rather than use that outside which is $3. same water just you get a xart and rinse, that's extra $1.50??? He is always very negative. lost of weekly business. read more

If you don't have a water dispenser on your fridge then this is a great place to get your water. The owner is friendly, his dog JD is a adorable little pup, and price per gallon is reasonable. Oh, I forgot to mention... the water taste great! (yes, water has a taste) Another plus of going to this place is that it's right by Great America Yogurt.... so it gives you an extra reason to stop and get some fro-yo! read more

So I came during normal business hours and was far more impressed with their product and service. The staff was friendly and place was super clean, unlike the water store by Stater Bros (looks more like a meth lab run by a retired Hanoi Jane). I liked the sanitation area for you to clean your bottles and the faucets filled my bottles ridiculously fast. They have an assortment of household products to filter water from your sink faucets and shower heads. They even have fermented tea, if you're into that kinda thing. I upped my rating to 4 stars, leaving off one star for the slow and dysfunctional outside after-hours dispenser (maybe it needs a good flushing out with some fermented tea). -Quinn read more

Outstanding service. So clean. Very friendly and helpful. Will never go anywhere else for my water... And they have alkaline water. They also have so many other little healthy products for sale there... Spent some time shopping read more

Great location and great staff. They are always very helpful and they even have a self dispensary outside for after hours

Older gentlemen working the desk was extremely rude to me when I was trying to grab a sample of CBD water. He never asked how he could help or what I was looking for. But instead he told me to put the cup back even though i was just looking for a sample so I could buy 25 gal worth. Very strange encounter won't be back at this store. read more

I agree with all the reviews! Dave is super nice and helpful and I decided this was more guaranteed to be pure than buying one of those Berkey purifiers! read more

Dave is the best, and his dog is super mellow. This place cells CBD products that work wonders on my anxiety. Also the CBD options are much cheaper than a dispensary.
