I called and texted several times prior to the appointment since i had a question and wanted to inquire if a consultation is required prior to the appointment. Heard zero response. At the time that i had booked my appointment, she had a fully running and operating website, now its no longer there....strange. Also she had several available slots when i was booking my appointment, that should have been a red flag that i didnt consider. I showed up to my appointment at 5. No one was there, phones were switched off. She has 3 different phone numbers and all were switched off...its very odd to me a business doesn't answer any phone calls and instructs to either text or email them. I waited around for 20 min and still no one showed up. I even checked with the salon next door in the same plaza and the ladies stated the business is running but its appointment only. I informed them i had an appointment and it was confirmed. This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate of someones time. I understand things may happen and emergencies can take place, but to have zero communication with your client is just unacceptable. I see other clients with similar experiences and that should speak volume! She shows up when she wants to and doesn't care to inform others or respects their time. What a waste of my time, i could have booked this service else where. This is no way to operate a business and should be shut down!
