Such a great experience for both me and my daughter. The office was clean, calming, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a chiropractor in the Laguna Niguel area that actually cares about their patients. read more

On time. Very friendly. Great service. Very helpful filling out the DMV forms. Will be back in a couple of years.

Went in for DOT physical. This office makes it as painless as possible to get through the process. Zero wait time, clean office. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Been here before and will continue to come back. Make it easy on yourself. Highly recommended! read more

$70, No waiting ( no walk-in, call to receive a text- to get the link to make an appointment). Made my appointment 3 days prior. Arrived 10 mins before my appointment and immediately got started. Clean office, comfortable setting and no waiting at any point during my appointment. If you are thinking about going elsewhere, let me tell you, you will regret it. Literally I've waited 30 mins to an hour at other locations and the process can take another 1-2 hours, because the people conducting are techs waiting for the physician to come sign you off.. Here at this location is one on one from start to finish. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR ALL YOUR DOT PHYSICALS. You will walk out with the rest of the day to do whatever... Thank You Dr.Liss and Pure Chiropractic for making my visit EZ and affordable.. see you next year read more

Liss certainly knows who I am. The review was made on the same day as the appointment. I have never done a review in my life until this one. I'm not disgruntled. I was disrespected by Liss. The worst things are written in the review and have not been denied by Liss. . read more

When I was referred by an acquaintance I had been in serious back pain for almost a year. I had seen many doctors, pain management, neurosurgeons massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists and I had xrays and MRIs. No one could get me out of pain, nor did anyone know why I was in pain in the exact spot I was feeling it. Since the first visit, I could tell that this was going to be the answer. Every single time I went, I got closer to 100% pain free. I have now been about 7 times and I am pain free but I am continuing to go so that the pain doesn't return. It was 80% gone after my first visit. I highly suggest Dr. Liss and I only wish I had found him sooner. read more

So I started surfing in the summer and quickly became obsessed. I was surfing a lot while also doing all of my regular workouts. And, of course, I overdid it. My forearms were killing me. I tried stretching and icing to no avail. I finally decided I needed some help. Dr. Eric Liss got right to the point and knew exactly what to do and how to help. After a few sessions, I was surfing and working out pain free! I was even able to survive in the huge swell this past weekend. I'm truly grateful and more than happy with my results! read more

Dr. Eric Liss does an amazing job. I went to him for foot pain caused by a past injury and he was able to breakup the stiff tissue in one session so my foot could move freely and without pain! He is straightforward and honest and truly an expert at what he does. Go see him and be pain free!! read more

Prior to visiting Pure Precision, I kept getting major migraines about six times a month along with minor headaches on a weekly basis (this was after I was prescribed an injection medication for migraines). However, one day, I was recommended to visit this place to seek further relief. I figured I'd take a chance and decided to make an appointment. One of the BEST decisions I made. The chiropractor, Eric, discovered immediately how tense my neck muscles were and reasoned they could be the sole cause of my migraines. After several sessions, my major migraines declined by 50% as well as my minor ones. Having gone through so many medications, homeotherapy, and failed chiropractic sessions in the past, it felt so refreshing to find a dedicated chiropractor! Eric is one of a kind, and I highly recommend him for anyone that's going through migraines like me. read more

I was never treated by any chiropractor before but decided to go to one when 2 weeks ago I started to have excruciating pain on one side of my head. It was a shooting pain like someone is stabbing me with some ice pick or a thick needle. I had a feeling this is nerve related and my neck (which gave me problems before due to my work and also constant phone use) is the reason. I searched near me and called the number of doctor Liss office. He had an opening same day and from the first words I heard, I trusted him somehow instantly. I went to the office 3 times and with every time I was feeling better and better. Doctor Liss is very knowledgeable and very compassionate doctor. He listened to my fears about any abrupt moves or cracks and made sure to work on my neck the way that I would be comfortable. He listened and he knew what needs to be done and there was such a confidence and assurance in the good outcome that I knew my condition will improve. It was the best not just chiropractor but probably any doctor experience one can wish to have. I also noticed that he was making sure he doesn't pressure me for any extra session and when you realize the doctor is not a businessman but truly a healer, it makes a difference too. read more

Dr. Liss does miracles with his hands. I've been going to him on and off for years and have referred so many of my friends. Whether it's been for knee, ankle, hips, hamstrings, wrist, or tight jaw issues, he's been able to fix it all and best of all, has taught me how to fix most of the issues myself so that I have never gone back for the same issue. Can't say enough good things about him, I highly recommend him! read more

Dr. Liss is amazing. I have been having problems with my calves and neck and didn't really know who to go to for help. My wife is a professor of nursing who has been seeing Dr. Liss for quite some time. She spoke very highly of him and suggested I go to see him. I'm certainly glad I did. He did some deep tissue massage and adjustment on my neck after measuring that my mobility was critically deficient. He showed me relaxation and mobility exercises for both my neck, Calves and heals. I'm 65 years old and exercise rigorously at the gym as well as Bicycling. It's now been over three months since I started to work with him and the changes have been dramatic. I no longer have neck pain and my calves are probably twice as flexible as before. Thank you Dr. Liss for helping mend My aches and pains. read more

Despite the fact that I had nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Liss at Pure Precision, I held back giving his services 5 stars until I was convinced that his treatments for my migraines (and dystonia) could provide me long lasting results for the daily, intractable migraines that plagued me for more than 35 years. After seeing him for 9 months, I am now totally convinced. I became completely disabled in 2003. The only effective treatment for me was 400 units of Botox injections (40+ shots!) every 3 months by my neurologist. Instead I see this ART provider every 7 to 10 days and I perform daily neck stretches that he taught me to perform daily. Wow! Previously I had tried every migraine treatment under the sun. Who would have thought that his hands-on muscle manipulation periodically and my own 7 minutes a day could replace Botox or Emergency Room pain injections? Not I, not in a million years. No longer need I worry about the long term effects of Botox (botulism/rat poison in a bottle) inserted so close to my brain and would cost me in the long run But desperation to try anything that held the promise of giving me a quality life style to be pragmatic and desperate to use whatever the long term harm, in order to enjoy short time results. I've referred 6 friends to Dr. Liss and expect list to grown. Anything related to muscle issues are where he is unique in providing relief. Friends I have referred suffered from pulled muscles, back pain, Achilles tendon, plantar fasciitus, torn meniscus, mastectomy recovery, bursitis, and arthritic neck pain, are all symptoms my fellow pickleball companions made that were met with my referrals recently. To date, all who have followed up are experiencing measurable relief. Time and following his homework assignments are critical to ensure my friends achieve the near miraculous results I enjoy read more

I made a full recovery incredibly fast. After finishing 3 months of overworking like crazy, my tendons on my wrists were hurting and I couldn't even close my hands into a fist. After just 5 sessions I got 80% better! And 5 more sessions after that now I can close my hands all the way, no pain or resistance. Dr. Liss is a master at Active Release Technique! read more

Every morning I'd wake up to Excruciating pain in my right foot. I tied everything for my plantar fasciitis but wasn't able to get rid of the pain. I told Dr Liss about my foot and he told me he would be able to get rid of my plantar fasciitis. I had two sessions with him and it was gone. No more pain in the morning or at all. I'd highly recommend Dr. Liss if you have plantar fasciitis. read more

Dr. Eric Liss took great care of my mother's chronic back pain that she had been dealing with since a car accident several years ago. She felt relief after the first visit for the first time in years. She had resigned herself to accepting the pain and couldn't believe that someone could help resolve it. I'm typically not a chiropractic fan to be honest but Dr. Liss is the real deal. His active release technique promotes pain relief for the long term. I have left there with a well thought out plan of care that doesn't involve spending hundreds of dollars over months to get relief. read more

I came into see Dr. Liss due to knee pain that had been persisting over the past few weeks (perhaps due to current restraints of sitting in my home office all day). Through Dr. Liss's active tissue technique I haven't had knee pain in over a week. Thank you, Dr. Liss! read more

Several people I trust have advocated for Active Release Technique over the years. Now I know why. An old injury keeps me looking for ways to manage pain. Lots of things help, especially when used in combination. At this point, I gave Dr. Liss a try after a good recommendation. Wow! After a thorough assessment, he began to figure out what I had suspected for a very long time. My issues was tense muscles rather than bones requiring adjustment. Or better yet, it takes both forms in order to heal. Bone manipulation by itself is not effective in my case. I am now improving quickly and learning how to treat myself with effective stretching. I'm convinced that ART is going to improve my condition where other methods reached their limits. An easy five stars. read more

Dr. Liss is a miracle worker and always sets things right with my body. I've had shoulder and neck issues from a younger age that only worsened after becoming a Mom. This review is mostly from my boyfriend's POV, as he is the one being treated at Dr. Liss' office. We attended the Mission Viejo street fair on Fourth of July and I signed up for a free mini-massage. My boyfriend ended up consulting with Dr. Liss at that point in regards to his costochondritis and muscle pains. After 3 months of treatment, my boyfriend feels exponentially better! His muscle pains have lessened. We are now moving and will have to find another chiro who performs ACT. So far this has been the most effective method in alleviating pain and treating his chostochondritis and spasms. We definitely recommend Dr. Liss. He will make reasonable payments plans to help clients receive the treatment they need. We had Healthnet and he did not accept it there, but just call and see what he could do for you. read more

I visited Dr. Liss today for sever neck and should pain . He was able to work on the tissue and release the tension that was causing me pain and contributing to a bad migraine. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and I will definitely be returning for continued fascia work being caused by stress and too much time in front of the computer. Thanks Dr. Liss I appreciate your expertise and helping me get back to feeling better at an affordable cost. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Liss since early 2014 when I injured my wrist from a fall. There were no fractures, but I had a difficult time moving my right wrist. I visited his office 2 times a week for about a month and I felt that my wrist had fully recovered. I had a long-term foot injury that I had addressed by Dr. Liss as well. With a combination of ART and a new shoe insole, I was able to start hiking and walking for periods longer than 30 minutes without any foot pain. I frequent Dr. Liss' office about one a month now mainly for a "monthly maintenance." My office visits would last between 15-30 minutes. It worked with my schedule because I could just pop in and out as I was heading home from work. What I appreciated were the exercises that I could do at home or at the office to help with my injury and minimize the need visit his office. My work schedule has me traveling and there were times where my flight didn't make it into JWA for my appointment. I would either call Dr. Liss or use his online appointment schedule to reschedule for the same day or a different day. read more

I happened to go to Dr. Liss when I was looking for a new chiropractor in 2019. I wanted a doctor who didn't do the usual chiropractic adjustments and bone popping. I have been seeing Dr. Liss since 2009. I am a former dancer and athlete and at 45 I started having pain everywhere. The solution was to go to Dr. Liss. I give him 5 stars !!! read more

An extreme amount of driving for work resulted in what my doctor diagnosed as tendonitis of the hip. Her only suggested cure was to stretch, and not drive anymore. Unfortunately, that was not an option for me. Not long after I conceded that I was just going to have to live with this pain, my husband told me about Dr. Liss and a form of treatment for tendonitis called "Active Release Technique". From the start I was impressed with Dr Liss. In my first visit he went through an eye opening explanation of the active release technique, a treatment often used on professional athletes. He even drew pictures :) . On my second visit he laid out his treatment plan for me, and after only a few treatments I was amazed at how the aching in my hip started to fade. Now, several months after completing 12 weeks of therapy, I am happy to report that I have been pain free. I am also confident that if the pain does come back, I know who can treat it. read more

We've been seeing Dr. Liss for almost 5 years. Both of my boys play (or played) competitive volleyball and over time got tendinitis in their shoulders. It was so bad that my son could barely raise his arm up and Dr. Liss was able to get him back on the court and playing within a few days. He takes care of the concerns and doesn't pressure you to come back repeatedly like so many other chiropractors do. I would recommend him for everyone!
