At this outside display, I met Rob who is the owner and boss of the company. and Charming Chloe as a greeter and sales rep. rob explained about the Reverse Osmosis products. I have a card which reads stop in and receive one free gallon of filtered water. He also has systems not just for a small filtration water filter but larger ones to clean and purify other water used in your house. These systems depend on how many people there are in a given household. I feel that a reverse osmosis system is one of the best purifing systems for drinking water. Overall if you can manage it to have one that purifies for washing it is better still. Filters need to be changed periodically. So, it is good to ask about that as well (see pix) when getting all the information. Look for them, particularly Northport and local residence.

I asked them that same day if they knew what day they could arrive, no answer. The next day, November 1, I text them again to confirm, no response. On November 6th, I text them one more time asking if they were still even available at this point,no response. I call however no answer. After days of no response I figure I'm not going to hear from them and Knowing the temps were going to freezing at night, I call another company to get it done the following week. That company completed the job November 13. On November 15, this company show up unannounced, doesn't even check with me if my water was turned off, doesn't communicate with me that he was even on the property, and I receive a bill in my mailbox. I was shocked! Reaching out 3 different times with no response, it's reasonable to believe I can't rely on them to keep my pipes from freezing . Of course , I text them about the bill and they respond right away, asking if I wasn't going to pay. Of course now they text me back right away. He called me and was extremely aggressive and threatening, then lastly insulting my home before hanging up. He really could have damaged my home and property. Unbelievable, you should be ashamed of yourself.
