The restaurant itself is the classic IKEA restaurant and full of awesome IKEA designs. They cannot got wrong with this. They have a system and it works; now they just need to prefect the consistency of food quality. There is a large selection of cold salads as well as hot dishes including vegetarian options, all the dishes I have tried so far I have enjoyed tremendously. Normally this is the kind of place that would outshine most similar establishments in Didsbury, Chorlton and the like which why it's even more exciting that we have something to sparkle on this side of the M60. It has been a welcome improvement to the eateries in Alfreton, as they are good value for money and offer healthy homemade meals.

I am owed over £300 and have attempted conciliation with both Mudcrab and it's previous parent company Toucan leisure limited. Both companies have ignored mine the government's repeated attempts to resolve this issue peacefully and I am not the only one, some of my old colleague have also not been payed their wage on time or at all. When I went to the owner Richard in person to discuss this issue he told me it wasn't his problem but it is, he is legally obligated to pay me and isn't and I won't let him get away with not doing it. So when you eat at Mudcrab and you experience the excellent service of the wait staff there keep in mind that they are probably not being paid!!!
