You can also rewrap handles here, they will do the installation for you or you can wrap it yourself. They had a pretty good variety of different grips you could choose from. I had them do the wrapping for me and it looks great, professionaly done. I've really never heard of someone having a bad experience here. Seems to be more or less the go to place for many racquet sports players. Their prices are on par with buying on the internet or below from my experience. Customer service was pretty good, they can get busy and it's a smaller store so that can be difficult if you have a lot of questions but the salesman was really good about truly focusing on who he was helping rather than leaving that person hanging to help many people at the same time. As long as you can be a little patient if they're busy, it should be overall, a really positive experience.

Hours are limited as well. It did look like they had plenty of cardio equipment my but still call if you are looking. Service was friendly over the phone and during pick up.

If you are in need of a firearm/firearm accessory, or in the need of how to successfully navigate the federal firearms laws in New York State, this is the business to check-out! I tried to time it correctly so the shoes would still be fresh for my race in September, but well broken in. After doing some research and being heavily influenced by social media, I landed on Hokas for my budget, the longevity, and their ubiquity. You will get paired with a salesperson upon arrival no matter what your intent is, so go in expecting that. I had heard good things about the fitting so I did that, got my cute little report, and tried on a bunch of different shoes. The salesperson was great about going and getting different sizes, etc - I just feel uncomfortable with that level of 1:1 attention/eyes on me when making a purchasing decision, so that was more of a con to me than a pro. No room to breathe and make a decision. They were also busy and I felt like an imposition somehow? Vibe was a bit off. ANYWAYS - it would have been more helpful if the salesperson had simply asked what I was looking for and allowed me to peruse before running in the back to get shoes - I could have saved myself some time and left a little less frustrated. They won't have all the colors available, and I knew I wanted plain black and white...which they didn't have in store. It was still good to try stuff on, but I was hoping to get the shoes that day. Luckily I was able to order directly from the Hoka website (free shipping!) and they came within three days. I feel really bad about not being able to make my purchase through the store, but I look forward to continuing to utilize Fleet Feet for all my other running needs as we get closer to race day! I am grateful for the huge number of races they put on each year through their sister company, Yellow Jacket, and appreciate the convenience of bib pickup here for other races I've run in the past.

I thought why not go to the only martial arts store around here and see if I can find a wing chun outfit. Very similar to the traditional CNY clothing, but without the shining material and patterns. Going into the store right away you feel at home and  see lots of tools and outfits. If you are into martial arts of any kind, this place would amaze you. The manager Alieen is amazing and helped me throughout the process of picking an outfit. She is so friendly and experienced. Just one look at me and she knew what size I'd be. She was very accurate if I may add. My Wing Chun suit fit perfectly with room to move around and stretch. Im currently 6ft4 and over 300lbs, so im glad they had so much material laying around haha. This place has a lot of history. Aileen was actually the person who helped me find my first gi (karate uniform) over 8 years ago. It was a thrilling experience now, and then. There are so many choices to choose from and if it's not available they always do their best effort to get you what you need. I will always love visiting Continental sporting goods & martial arts supplies. I recommend this place to everyone.

Now they are in a house on Monroe Ave a little bit closer to the city. They have a great selection of martial arts equipment, gloves, uniforms and trinkets. The owners are pretty knowledgeable and they can find stuff that might not be on the shelves. (I think the owner maybe a yellow belt in Tang So Do or something). Prices are good too - maybe a little bit more than the internet - but you don't have to wait or pay for shipping. Well worth the trip every time I head into the ROC. Honestly, should give them a 4.5 star until they get in more Manny Pacquiao and Bruce Lee shirts.
