Pat took the time with me to go over the basics, be sure I had a good grip, and gave me safety tips. Truly appreciated. They also watch on camera and if they see you're struggling or having issues, they come in and assist! This facility has 7-8(?) lanes and can get busy. But we're usually there at a good time. My brother and I just got an annual membership - and it's affordable! They also offer private lessons which is awesome! May take advantage of that!

So what I did was took classes and became licensed in Security work. And like all licenses, they have to be renewed, updated. In security you have to take an annual 8 hour class to meet state requirements. There's a few places around the city that do this, I chose SRT Academy. They are a security company but also a training school. There are 2 partners that own and operate it. Mr. Guzman was my instructor. He was interesting, very thorough in his class. And he did have some interesting stories about his on site work. Their school also offers pistol training and self defense also. It's well worth it to check this school out for your initial training and renewal classes.
