Everything is well organized and if you can't find what you're looking for here, then you probably shouldn't be playing hockey. Ever piece of equipment is organized by type, size, color, etc. The have walls of gloves and shoulder pads, plenty of helmet and pants options. The skate selection is probably their weakest point. They have plenty of skates to choose from, but not a whole lot of variety. If you're into high end CCM/Baurer then you should be able to find what you're looking for easily. Although a bit on the expensive side for my taste, the stick selection has a lot of depth. Any brand, style or flex you can think of, they have. If you're not a player or coach and just a fan, no worries. Total Hockey has lots of apparel for both men and woman and the kids. Videos, games, video games even are on hand. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable so if you're new to the game or just aren't quite sure what size hockey pants or skates are right for you, they will help you out.

He explained this to the salesperson and that I was there to check on sizing and style and would return after the holidays as he would like them for Christmas. He proceeded to measure his foot and said he was a size 8 and that was it. He asked about different styles which he said would mean my husband would need to try some on, when my husband asked to do that he snickered and said "well you're not buying today...". He gave my husband one pair to try on which were considerably more expensive than he had said he wanted to spend. He helped him put them on and then left to help another customer and never came back to check on him. My husband took them off and left with a very sour taste for this store. The selection at your store is great and he was going to come back and purchase but not anymore.

When you're shelling out $75 for two pieces of equipment that's a lot for most people. I don't feel like replacing it because the people who work here don't know what they're talking about. I'm giving two stars because there's one girl who knows how to sharpen skates, but she's the ONLY ONE. you go girl! Also, they absolutely blew off the other customer (another woman, gee, wonder what standard that's setting?) with a legitimate question. I don't know why anyone shops here lol. I know this place is convenient, but they're making it pretty apparent they care more about socializing and blowing off customers than actually helping them. Now I'm stuck with equipment that not only is missing hardware(!!! it's! Missing! Pieces!) that was haphazardly decided for me by a sixteen year old who needs prom money or something but I feel absolutely blown off and that my customer loyalty is taken advantage of.
