I initially joined for an eight week programme with the goal of improving strength, getting in better shape, and developing a successful training and nutrition strategy. I take part in a number of other activities (cycling, swimming, running, climbing, yoga), and have felt like I've been at a plateau for a long time. The custom programme was perfect and was set up to meet my goals as well as work around my limitations (busy schedule and injuries). The initial results were evident within a few weeks, and now I am undoubtedly the healthiest I've ever felt in my life - my body has completely transformed, I am stronger, I have more energy, and I've significantly improved in all my other activities.
Many thanks to Chris for guiding all of my nutrition and Liz and Greg for getting me into the best shape of my life. The entire team has been absolutely top notch - warm, knowledgeable, energetic, attentive, and relentless despite all my attempts to slack off :) Greg is an outstanding trainer - his expertise in both fitness and nutrition is unparalleled, and the enthusiasm, encouragement, and attention to detail that he brings to every session have kept me motivated in and out of the gym. I cannot recommend him highly enough (and now that my eight weeks are completed, I'm back for more sessions!)
