My hubs was hesitant to come back after his last session and especially after my review (he didn't know I was writing) but Elena & Jennifer helped him feel at ease of coming back and making it extremely flexible to rebook an appointment to come back in. Hubs went back to get the much needed deep pressure massage from Jennifer at The Spa Simply Skin. Both Elena and Jennifer were present to greet him. The ambiance of the room was serene as it was before. He keeps telling me about the nice Buddha in the massage room. Jennifer asked if the headrest area was ok was comfortable this time before proceeding. This time she asked about the massage pressure and if it was firm enough. She worked on getting his knots out which was greatly needed. She used a tool on his hands up/down his forearm that he said made him feel really good. He does repetitive work with his hands (handy electrician) and this helped relieve tension. Priscilla is the best esthetician you will find. Ever. I've been suffering from acne for years and it's magical how I started seeing results within weeks of first visiting her. She worked on my skin and made it better than it was in years. She is someone you can trust your skin with. Always armed with the best stuff in the skin care industry, she keeps herself updated with the advancements in the field. Her approach is very gentle on the skin and the results are exceptional. She doesn't advocate anything that will harm your skin for short term results; a work ethic that is missing at most skin care studios. She is very warm and friendly and setting up a time or discussing any skin concerns with her is hassle-free. Always, always a pleasure to visit! :) She is meticulous with everything she handles. This is one place where waxing is relaxing! Right from picking the best wax for your skin, to ensuring the highest hygiene standards for waxing (no double dipping :), coolant and disinfectant post waxing), Priscilla puts a lot of thought into everything she does. Her studio is a neatly organised space where the scents, the decor, the music and the company of one the sweetest people you'll meet come together and unwind you in an instant :) :). Just visit her once and you'll have a new favourite that can't be beaten. :) read more
