The team of 3 arrived promptly and energized to clean our townhouse and I am very pleased with the results. They went above and beyond in certain key areas ( like the dreaded bathroom ) that were of concern to me and ensured I was happy with the work. My floors were sparkling clean without any residue and the inside of my refrigerator was restored to brand new!! They were efficient ( finishing the job in 2.5 hours ) and thorough with cleaning each space and even dusted areas other cleaning companies in the past have missed. My husband returned home and he immediately commented on how pleased he was with the results. Richelle (the owner) is a true professional who understands how to manage customer expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by the added touch of her thank you card and bottle of sparkling cider left as a gift on my counter. Crystal Clean Solutions has gained my continued business!

I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned.
