There are no words for how impressed I am with Dr. Mabe, Amanda (my dental hygienist), the Clearcorrect teeth straightening expert, and Marci and the office support staff. Having relocated from New York City, I was very concerned about finding world class dental care. What a relief to discover Naples Family Dentist right here at the intersection of Tamiami Trail North and Immokalee Road in North Naples. Dr. Mabe is awesome and provides state of the art dental care. He is also FAST (a highly underrated skill until you are the one receiving dental care!). He does beautiful work! At 65 years old I elected to have my teeth straightened using the Clearcorrect system provided at their office. The improvement in my appearance has been shocking. I didn't realize how my teeth had shifted with age and the change took years off my smile. Like many of you, I relocated to this area and selected Dr. Pugh's practice because of the sign on the bullding that said "Gentle Denistry". How's that for a sophisticated selection process? However, I have been a patient there for a little over five years and have had four crowns installed in that time period. Each of the dentists and their assistants have been absolutely terrific. This month, I had Dr. Tracy Couillard as my primary dentist, and Sofia, as her assistant. They could not have been more caring or more professional. I am a difficult patient (hard for them to get my tooth numb) and they were very understanding (and quick once it was numbed!) It is now two days after the installation of permanent crown and I have no discomfort whatsoever. I just read a couple of negative reviews, and I can tell you that I never experienced anything but pleasant and professional care from this practice, including the extraordinary front desk staff (Carolina, Barbara and others). So it truly is Gentle Dentistry and I would highly recommend Dr. Couillard to any new patient.

Three weeks after the procedure, I was in severe pain because part of the nerve had apparently been left behind. When I returned, I was told to wait for it to die on its own and I was charged over $200 to be told they didnt do thier job correctly. Now, one year later, I have an infection in the same tooth because the root canal was apparently not cleaned all the way to the bottom. I now need additional treatment and crown reconstruction. This office has cost me a tremendous amount of time, pain, and money. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going literally anywhere else. From what I can gather many other friends and colleagues who have gone here have shared a bad experience.

I want to be able to let people know the facts as they happened that way they can make a well informed decision. Yes, it is very disheartening that a client/customer of over seven years that Julia would simply state that she did the best that she could with the canvass that she had and that my situation was NOT correctable. That alone meant that there was no more "glady to work with you and address your concerns". Meanwhile, check out the updated pic of my new teeth that were "not correctable". I didn't even have to be subjected to potential "facial paralysis" as my new dentist did a phenomenal job. Still out $7900 that your office owes me. Long story short, I found this practice on Yelp. They had fabulous reviews. I called and got an appointment within two days (it was not an emergency). Dr. Christopher Stanosheck thoroughly evaluated my tooth and crown. Luckily, he was able to re-cemented it back in place! It was good I went in, because I had bacteria and debris that had worked its way under the crown and it was irritating my gum, etc. He was able to clean that out and probably saved me from getting an infection and having a much bigger problem. Dr. Stanosheck was very kind as well as knowledgeable, and his office staff was extremely nice and welcoming. I would recommend this practice to anyone without reservation.

As a businessman with 40 years of experience in major markets I know the challenges of operating a successful business. I can tell you, Dr Long's practice is stellar. From Loise at the front desk to my hygienist Ayleen, to everyone of the staff who greet patients, the professionalism and warmth comes from the top. My smile, I now flash as often as I can. Cosmic Kids Dentistry does it all! The play area upfront allows kids to be engaged and even have some fun while they wait.... i'm a good test of that with four kids.
