I have never heard any doctor make that statement before! Deep down many of us wish that we could have a relationship with a doctor who knows all his patients by their first name but It's not realistic. Just imagine my surprise when Dr. Bower stated he treats the whole patient, including any outside worries that they may be dealing with. AGAIN! BEST DOCTOR IN THE WORLD!

All the heart and lung scans, and blood tests requested by conventional doctors were negative and I was asked to just live with the breathing issues which were told to be common after Covid and take over counter pain killers for my back pain. I didn't want to take medicine all my life and solve the root case. These issues did not let me have any restorative sleep each night and also affected my work and left me no energy to take care of my young kids when schools opened up after pandemic and everything moved "on-site". I did visit a Chiropractor in Redmond three years ago who hurt me and pinched a nerve in my right shoulder and I was little wary trying out Chiropractic treatment again. After a bout of TMJ recently coupled with so many health concerns which my conventional doctors seemed to give up on, I found Dr Ben while querying ChatGPT for skilled Chiropractor on the East side and felt peaceful and restored right after the first session with him. I walked away feeling less blurry in my left eye and felt lot of my anxiety melt away after the first adjustment he performed on my neck and upper back. It felt like a miracle! I see him twice a week since last 8 weeks and most of the issues I was experiencing are resolved or are on the path of resolution. I get restorative sleep all night and I can engage more with my family and life on day to day basis and can do things I wasn't able to do during last few years. I wholeheartedly recommend his clinic to anyone who wants to regain their energy, calm, and joy in life. P.S. I remember the Physician Assistant at one of the doctor's office tell me three years ago - "There are many people in Seattle area who have sensitive back due to the cold weather and have breathing issues after Covid and it's a part of life and you need to use steam to breathe better and use hot packs to activate the tense back muscles and when you wake up." I would encourage all those folks in Seattle area who have back issues or breathing issues to check out Dr Ben's Clinic and give Chiropractic a try as sometimes aligning the nerves, joints and spine can help those too :)

The worst pain i was having was in my lower back. I could not sit up for very long before starting to hurt, nor stand for three or four minutes at a time. I was constantly laying down because it was the most comfortable position for me. Along with some other aches and pains, over time, the aches and pains were dissapating. As I was beginning to feel better, my outlook on life and my mood were also changing for the better. I must talk about the staff. Everyone i work with has taken a piece of my heart. I have very warm feelings for each person. This includes the staff at the front desk. Everyone has helped me come a very long way from where I was. Before I began coming to the Clinic, I felt broken. I did not want to go anywhere or even go outside on a warm sunny day. Now, I am wanting to go and do things that I had no interest in doing before. I was suffering from neck stiffness and severe headaches starting at the base of my skull, radiating up to my eye, which would make it incredibly hard to go on about my day and do daily tasks. Bellevue Pain Institute made me realize that a chiropractor shouldn't just adjust you quickly for 10 minutes and then you're out of there (which was the case with other chiropractors in the past), but there's MUCH more to a chiropractor who TRULY cares about making people feel better. From day one, the entire staff made me feel as comfortable as possible. Every member of their staff was kind and caring, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about what they were doing and care about their clients. Dr. Polzin created a specific treatment plan for me and frequently checked in to see how I was doing. If you are hesitant about starting treatment due to a previous bad experience, or you were in a car accident and are suffering from any headaches and/or pain, please go see Dr. Polzin. I had a terrible experience with Pure Chiropractic Bellevue, and I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. This place feels far more focused on squeezing money out of patients than actually providing genuine care. The billing practices are unacceptable. I was significantly overcharged on the bill. It honestly feels like a business built around maximizing revenue rather than helping patients recover. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than treated. If you value honesty, transparency, and ethical care, I would recommend looking elsewhere. At the very least, demand a full cost breakdown before agreeing to anything here. read more

Initially I started going to Dr. Tran for my chronic back pains that flares up pretty frequently due to tension. He uses what's called a Graston Technique where he provides a deep tissue massage in the inflamed ares before adjusting you. If you love deep tissue massage, you'll understand the process. If you don't understand Deep Tissue Massage, then you'll need to understand the purpose of them. Yes....you'll feel some pain during and soreness afterwards that feels like you worked out hard at the gym the previous day. The results are outstanding and my back pain doesn't flare up like it use to before. Soon as I feel the area tightening up, I make an appointment and Dr. Tran knocks it out immediately. Once you start the healing process, the recovery is much faster and will love the results. My husband started receiving treatments from Dr. Tran soon after I started. He started going for his Back and Wrist issues. He got the same result and we absolutely LOVE Dr. Tran. What makes Dr. Tran such a phenomenal Chiropractor is his passion to educate and heal people. He spends as much time as it's needed to treat you and is not most Chiropractors where you go in for a quick crack and they're off to treat the next. He makes you feel like you're the only one he's treating that day. He spends as much time educating you on the "whys" and what he's doing as he does treating you. He's Passionate, Kind and loves what he does. We would definitely recommend everyone we know to go to Dr. Tran. :) Even though I was looking for convenience when I found Dr. Tran, we feel so blessed to have in our lives. :) Thanks Dr. Tran!!

In less than 10 days, I threw my wrist brace away and was back to enjoying my work again. Through conversation with Dr. Tran, he recognized it was not only my computer mouse causing overuse, but my entire computer station had to be corrected. He explained my ergonomic benefits to working pain-free. I continued to see Dr. Tran to optimize my overall health, and to make sure I was on my path to complete recovery. Now its up to me to be disciplined to take frequent breaks, follow his recommended wrist exercises, to avoid future damage to my wrist. Dr. Tran is now on my calendar for regular "tune ups".
