I was taken to a private room a told to get comfortable it would be just a few minutes. I did as requested and within a few minutes a nice lady named Bobo came in. She asked if I'd like a little oil and I said "yes this weather dries out my skin." She proceeded with a nice medium pressure massage and not only did my back but was efficient enough to spend some time on my legs. She used her hands and forearms to great effect. Here's the full timeline: I called ahead and confirmed that if I arrived by 9:25, I could still get a 45-minute massage. They agreed. I arrived at 9:22 -- three minutes early -- and was told only 30 minutes was available. I accepted that. I was then asked to wait until 9:28 to start, after already paying for the full session. Once in the room, it took 5 minutes to begin, and the therapist ended 5 minutes early, stopping at exactly 9:54. I was watching the clock the entire time because the massage itself wasn't addressing what I came in for -- I specifically asked for help with shoulder knots, and that wasn't being addressed. So to be clear: I called ahead, confirmed the time, and arrived early. The shortfall wasn't on my end. Telling me to "come in earlier" doesn't address what actually happened -- the issue is that your staff didn't honor what was confirmed on the phone.
