I joined when the gym first opened and I think that it was cleaner then. It still is clean and some of the workers work very hard and are always there. However, often times I will find that the bathrooms or showers are dirty. This was usually a problem when I used to go at night but I also noticed it in the morning once. I love that the steam room is very clean and that they close it to clean it. The pools are really clean too. I dislike that instead of opening the door sometimes the valet guys will just stand there talking with one another. I get it they're young but the least they could do is acknowledge you and attempt to open the door. Sometimes the front desk people say goodbye, other times they don't. Overall, the workers are really kind and the people here are really kind. I also don't like how crowded it gets around 5-7pm. I try to avoid that time. I wish they had made the gym multiple floors when they opened it. I feel as though they'll probably have to expand it in the future or open another one. The reason I love coming to this gym is because of the great classes they offer. The app is very helpful and shows classes throughout the day. Linda is an amazing yoga instructor. When I went to lifetime I'd pay for yoga and the gym separately because I didn't like their classes but here the instructors are all great. I also really like Erica. I have gone to this Pilates studio for years now, and all of the instructors here have unlocked a love for movement and exercise that I never thought I would achieve separate from appearance based goals. This was a nightmare from the start. Jen took forever returning emails but did answer my questions…read more Too bad she lied to me...I asked for the big and beautiful class ( for new and very overweight) I told I was NOT going to buy this unless she had these classes open. Since I was a little shy to be around people who work out every day and are half my size. I was also bringing my elderly mother. She told me "of course!" they were open and not just the regular classes. I also mentioned my health concerns of having a knee replacement and she told me to come in a half hour early the first day to discuss it with the trainer. I also got a email in the afternoon the DAY BEFORE it started stating the location had changed! No phone call no warning! I book this over a month ago so she had time to inform us. The lack of professionalism took a new meaning when I arrived at this new location and the lady at the new location didn't even know their was a bootcamp class there today because Jenn had never contacted her to let her know! Once our trainer showed up a half hour later I asked about my health concerns and he had no idea what to do or how to help. The last straw was when he had us run a around a few blocks in the dark in the street with no street lights . This wouldn't have been bad but a lot of the girls all were in much better shape than me and ran twice as fast. After not seeing another person in sight while running the blocks I was almost hit by a car. I did not know we were going to do this and wore my normal black work out clothes and tried to stick to side of the road. I didn't feel safe and was very shaken up. My mom said she couldn't run around the block was was walking instead but did not feel safe so just came back after a short time. The trainer didn't know how to answer the questions I asked. His standard response was "call Jenn." She also refuses to give refunds for any reason. This (who mess was because of) and she will take NO responsibility! You can spend a LOT LESS MONEY and get MUCH better results!

I arrived early (before the place opened up) for the 6am class. The instructor gave me run down of the class and how to use the machine. I signed a waiver before getting started. They have cubbies to put your belongings. They sell really cute sock if you need some. There's a mirror on the wall so you can see yourself to make sure you're in the correct position. Listening is important so you know what to do. You can also look at your classmates to see what they are doing in case you're unsure. It's a small class of only about 10 people. The exercises are simple but require strength and stamina. The instructors have feedback and helped me to get into the correct position. There's no cardio involved but it's a great full body workout. I'd love to come back.

Seems like they enjoy working here, which helps me to enjoy my workout more! I love the class instructors, upbeat and very knowledgable. The Barre class is my personal favorite! 3. I watched a guy in the hot tub get his glasses knocked off his face and broken by a kid jumping in despite the 18 or older sign. The lifeguards ignore it all. Adult swim time is extremely limited. Wanted to learn Pilates. Class hours are sparse. I took 3 classes but stopped when I hurt my back - the instructor was disinterested. I get closer coaching at independent studios. The kids use the weight machines to sit and scroll on their phones. Not a lot of working out going on while I'm waiting. I never see anyone clean a machine after they use it so I clean before and after each machine use. The locker room bathroom is pretty gross, staff just can't possibly keep up with the crowds. I'm forced to head back to Planet Fitness where membership costs are reasonable. No pool but I can't use it at Lifetime anyway so I may as well stay at Planet Fitness. This is so disappointing, I had high hopes because they have so much to offer. Planet Fitness is closer to home and more adult.

Marleen has been my instructor and the sessions challenge my flexibility and strength.
