Most of my fitness background was running and cycling. Anik helped me build real foundational strength and completely transformed how I approach fitness. Our InBody scans show my skeletal muscle mass increasing from 62.8 pounds when we started to 71.2 pounds on my final recorded scan during our time together, with a peak of 74.5 pounds. That is an 8.4-pound gain, and nearly 12 pounds at my strongest. Anik taught me how to train across different rep ranges for strength and hypertrophy, developed a practical nutrition plan, and incorporated cardio, HIIT, mobility, and stretching. He is always learning and refining his methods. He knows how to meet beginners where they are and make the process approachable. What truly sets Anik apart is how deeply he invests in people. He accommodated every version of my schedule, from 7am sessions before work to afternoons when my job changed. He supported me through injuries and setbacks, answered questions outside our sessions, and consistently treated me as a person. He genuinely cares about his clients' lives and goals. For anyone who wants accountability, encouragement, and a trainer who genuinely cares whether they succeed, I cannot recommend Anik highly enough. He gave me the strength, knowledge, and confidence to continue training independently, and I truly could not have made this transformation without him. Transformation Gym is the natural next step for someone who has always cared deeply about providing clients with the right programming, equipment, and support. Train with Anik!!

I have been going about 3 times a week and hope for more. Super convenient and the workouts are fun. I love all things sauna related. How it works: use their app to get in, schedule a class or group of classes. Once you get in there, the classes are playing on the TV. They have about 7 different class types from cycling to yoga to Pilates, barre, rowing and HIIT. They also have a weight area with free weights and machines. You can watch the workouts and do them in each dedicated sauna or in the fx zone. The machine classes are 15 minutes each and you can book them back to back. Each sauna fits 3 people at a time but only once did I have someone else in the class with me. The yoga, Pilates, hiit and barre classes are 45 mins long. The studio is 24/7 so you go when it's convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the studio is nice and clean. They have large restrooms and a shower. Great for a quick workout at lunch time or before or after work. The temps can be adjusted and the sound and lights too depending on how you want to work out. The app works well too and allows you to schedule 3 days out. There are rewards for taking classes and you can use it to track progress or redeem merch. You need a mat and towel from them to use the strength classes like barre, Pilates, hiit, bands, stretching or yoga. They can be rented too. I bought my gear and use it when taking those classes. They provide foam rollers if you need them. I am a fan and can't wait to see results. The only thing I wish they had was treadmill, stair climber, elliptical or more non-machine cardio workouts. Otherwise it's a great concept.
