However, in October 2019 I was charged by accident (since PPP has my card for automatic payment) and the owner promised to refund my money. It has been 10 MONTHS, ALMOST A YEAR of texting Billie to please refund my money back. I have sent emails, called, sent a family member since I'm out of the country and even texted the other instructors to see if someone can please help me. During 10 months all I have received is all sort of excuses. The owner said that they can't refund my money directly to my card because it wouldn't go through a system that they are using, however they charged me again in a different month by mistake again and that the money was refunded immediately. The owner asked me then to give her my address so that they could send a check and I never received it. When I asked if the check was sent, Billie said that a check was sent on January 19th, which is impossible, since I gave her my address on January 25th. I have been trying to get my refund back, and at this point Billie hasn't even responded to any of my last 5 messages asking for a refund. That is completely unnecessary, and unprofessional. The pandemic (one of the excuses) is not valid since this money was charged 5 months before the pandemic started. There is absolutely no reason why I shouldn't be paid back, especially when Billie has promised to do so. It is disrespectful to not take care of client's needs in a timely manner, being treated as some sort of gas lighting inconvenience, especially when you promote wellness. All I want is my money back, and to let others know so that they may protect their money from PPP automatic payment system and not go through what I have. They even gave a discount for signing up the day we tried them out! Had never previously had experience doing Pilates, but I was pleasantly surprised. There are several different class options at different lengths, from 15 to 45min (depending on the workout). There's yoga, Pilates, rowing, spin, etc. each class is in a small heated studio with fit up to 3 people, but often times you're alone. You can change the temperature from inside or outside the studio! I tried iso, and it was a fantastic workout in 36ish mins. I kept the temperature around 125-130 throughout. Do note you need a specific yoga mat that can withstand the head. However, they have some there to rent!

She made sure the new folks knew the moves beforehand and answered all questions we had. She greeted everyone who came to her class. So the basics - this place is located on the 2nd floor of the building that is shared so you will have to look up to see it. You cannot miss it though. Take the stairs or the elevator if you prefer. They did have to let me in when I arrived 30 mins before class and I can see why. This is an all female studio and being that they were by themselves on the 2nd floor, safety precautions are taken. Greatly appreciate that ladies! The doors are kept locked once classes start so again, for our safety even though this area is a very nice area. The studio is beautiful, nice wood barre floors and they have showers and all the amenities for you like deodorant, feminine products, pink towels! So if you need to shower and change, go right ahead! Class was amazing. I feel that I was able to keep up and if I struggled, Brenda said it was okay to modify. This class is a low impact class, BUT you will feel it the next day. I felt the burn in my legs the next day from all the pulses. One thing that I really enjoyed was that we were able to use natural sunlight in the studio. You get a nice view of the outside and being on the 2nd floor, we had nice views of the tree tops in the Champions Forest/Spring Cypress area. Loving that we have a barre studio in Spring!

It was a great workout and I was sore for the next few days. I took my second class today with a different instructor and the experience was just as good as the first. Their babysitter, Lauren, was really good with my toddler. The cost for childcare is only $5 per class, yay!
