LOVE Pure Barre!!!! The Kildeer studio is great - all of the instructors are amazing and definitely motivate me to push through til the end. I'm not going to lie... there are times I'm dying for the instructor to start counting. It is a great workout - I really like the fact that I sweat from beginning to end and can definitely feel the burn. It does take a few classes to really understand the correct position but once you get it you will see results. I also like that it is a low impact, high intensity workout. It is amazing what moving your body an inch standing on your tip toes can do for your thighs... The music is great, the instructors & staff are welcoming & accommodating and the people who attend the Kildeer studio are very friendly. If you're looking to Lift.Tone.Burn - check out the Kildeer Pure Barre Studio - you won't be disappointed. read more

I'd like to preface this by saying that I have worked out in my life and have seen results. I've worked out with a trainer, am even a Zumba instructor and have tap danced on a weekly basis. However, I have had a had a hard time sticking to the workout and moved on from it (and am inconsistent with it). With Pure Barre I have not had that experience. After 2 c-sections in the last 3 years I needed to do something different. I stumbled upon Pure Barre after a co-worker's recommendation. At first I wasn't sure, but I gave it a chance. Since Easter Sunday I have attended 39 classes. I think that I am hooked. I see results and want to see more! Give it a try--you will not be disappointed by the support that all instructors give! read more

I've been taking Pure Barre classes for the past five weeks. It is a great workout and a lot of fun. I am already noticing huge changes in my body and I'm much stronger than when I started a few weeks ago. The instructors are nice and very encouraging. They really work hard to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and have a good time. They also make sure that each class is different, making sure we are never bored. The music is fun as well and always changing. It is a very fun place to go workout, with lots of fun challenges to keep you motivated and keep you having fun. I have brought a few people with me and they all agree that its a great workout and a great place to be. read more

Pure Barre is an incredible workout! As a former collegiate athlete, I was looking for something that would help me get back into shape, and after having three kids, I can honestly say, that these workouts have helped build total body strength and changed the way my body feels. In just five weeks, I have already seen the difference in the ways my clothes fit. The instructors create an inclusive and positive atmosphere and the monthly challenges are a fun way to stay motivated. Workout are challenging, and invigorating and once you get the hang of it, 55 mins. flies by. I would highly recommend this class to anyone whether novice or experienced. read more

Their various charming instructors made me realize how strong I am. Also, they motivated me strongly in every class to exchange my stresses from useless things towards a healthier life. I am more proud of my instructors than ever. Especially in Kildeer/Deer Park. Their professional teaching and inspiring heart woke me up to my laziness. I definitely recommend this location and I am sure you will find out soon what I am talking about. Try it and then keep going until you feel the same way like me. read more

Pure Barre is an amazing full body workout. Classes are 55 minutes, but go by so quickly. There are so many great aspects of Pure Barre. The motivating and helpful instructors always reminding us we are "stronger than we think" and pushing us to have our best workout. A welcoming environment with upbeat music corresponding to the pace of the movements. The results that you will see in just a few weeks, even just a few classes! If you're skeptical about Pure Barre, don't be. It's life changing and super addictive. The classes are low impact but still challenge you. It's definitely quality over quantity here. I've taken zumba classes for over 5 years now and my body plateaued after I lost the initial weight after the first 8 months. However, after just 3 months at Pure Barre, I'm starting to see baby abs and more definition in my arms - which I've always been super self conscious about. I initially joined to get ready for my wedding this year, but I love the staff and instructors so I became a lifestyle member. Totally worth it! read more

I absolutely love Pure Barre, especially the Kildeer location! The staff is excellent, always friendly and helpful and always gives you an excellent workout! They have tons of classes each day so you've always got options, and there's usually something fun going on at the studio to entice you to stay a little after class. They also have great retail to purchase - I can't go one week without picking up a cute new top or a new pair of leggings. Sign up for their year contract of unlimited class each month, and you get a ton of bonuses throughout the year. Highly recommend giving Pure Barre a try! read more

Can't say enough good things about Pure Barre Kildeer! All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the teachers are great at pushing you to do your best. The workout itself is amazing; when I started I thought I would go a couple times a week but I was instantly addicted and go 4-5 times every week. No matter how many classes I've taken the workouts don't get any less challenging and I leave with a good burning in my muscles. The classes are a little pricey but so incredibly worth it! I can't say enough good things about Pure Barre Kildeer and I highly recommend trying them out! read more

I, along with many others goto Pure Barre Kildeer regularly. At first I was a tad weary about embarking on this journey, as I previously had heard the challenges this class has to offer. But, after going to many classes I found myself addicted to coming to Pure Barre. I highly recommend this place because it is both challenging and fun. The instructors are friendly and each class has something new and exciting to offer. I give Pure Barre five out of five stars and suggest it to everyone looking for a fun new work out. read more

Pure Barre is great! I stopped running for a while and after doing Pure Barre for 6 months I decided to get on the treadmill and I ran 3 miles at the same pace I was at before I stopped running. I give PB the credit as it has strengthened my legs and core which helps runners. All the instructors are fantastic but I am a huge fan of Faith Anne and Michelle's classes and it has come to the point that I stalk them and only attend their classes. If you want a different workout than what you are used to PB is for you. read more
