I joined Barre3 Doylestown as a member at the end of January and have not only found the workout that I needed, but have also unexpectedly found a community. Angie (the owner) has truly put together something special and it has been the one workout that I am truly EXCITED to get to and look forward to every single class. Every single instructor I have had the pleasure of having so far has been fabulous, but I have to give a shout out to Logan in particular as her class was the one that had me sold on joining. Her breath work portion of her classes is somehow everything I need to hear for the day and her workouts are always fun and exciting. If you haven't given Barre3 a try yet, this is your sign! Your mind and body will thank you

Each class was very challenging and fun. I attended the Barre class by mistake - I thought I was coming to a pilates mat class per the website class schedule. What a challenging class! I couldn't walk for days afterwards - this is a very strong group of women. The class size was small (maybe 5 of us total) and Kris was able to ensure we were all staying true to form. Yogalates was more popular with 10-12 women. The class was fun and motivating. The studio has every prop and accessory needed to play with! Bounce class was challenging and intimate - there was only two of us! Kris modified the class to suit our fitness level, engaged us in partner activities and even threw in some cardio on the bikes. The studio is clean and friendly. I was surprised to see some men using the equipment and getting personal training. There's a room dedicated to spin, a shower and a facial room. Overall a cute facility and great women. The website could use some updating - mainly the calendar and the old website needs to redirect to the new website to avoid confusion.

LOVE FLIP DOG! Best place in all of Bucks County to work out. If you are looking to change or maintain your health or lifestyle in a place that offers more, you MUST go to Flip Dog! The BEST. I left today because of the class size; it's much too big for comfort, and might not be safe. I mentioned this to the person who oversees the gym a few years ago, but nothing has changed. There had been a class added but that was discontinued. I understand that they will bring it back one of the two days, but the Monday class still is super crowded. A few years ago I tried a yoga class and the instructor kept correcting me in front of everyone. I mentioned that one if my legs was slightly crooked. I had used a Pilates reformer and TRX in physical therapy many years ago and really liked the controlled and isolated movements that they provided so this seemed like a smart choice for me. The location is great - there's plenty of parking, it's close enough to my home, and a few of my favorite large retailers are here (B&N, WFM) along with my favorite nail salon in the area. I like being able to schedule my classes online. The studio is super clean and inviting. The free intro class (mine was with Kimberly) sold me. The Center & Balance and Restore classes have turned out to be my favorite to build my strength and control so that I can advance to different challenges. The most important piece of this equation for me, however, has been the staff at this location. From my first visit, Suzie has remembered my name. From the first class that I took with her instructing, Suzie has remembered my physical challenges and the modifications that I need. My 58 year old bod has been through a lot so this is extremely meaningful to me and it keeps me coming back, even on days when I'd rather take a nap! Suzie's classes are fun, empowering, and rigorous all at the same time. Kimberly's classes always leave me grounded and even-keeled. Leah always greets everyone with a smile and her classes are really enjoyable. The entire staff makes me look forward to my time here. CP is not inexpensive and, if I'm being honest, it's not always easy for me to fit it into my budget. That said, I know without a doubt that it's a great investment for me. My line of work often leaves me physically and emotionally at capacity but coming to this Club Pilates consistently helps me feel like I'm doing something really good for my current and future selves!
