I really recommend this place if you were looking for a professional and trustworthy med spa.

Upon entry, I was greeted by a really nice lady who was able to answer any questions that I had about the holistic medicine practices here. She gave me a pamphlet about how they do very natural and very safe infusions to help support immune systems in also overall very good health practices. I asked a lot of questions maybe about three or four and she made me feel very comfortable about some of the things that they administer to patient. I also thought it was great that she was patient with me and asked me how I heard about the place, I let her know that I had heard about it with Yelp. I do plan to try it after I check with my physician because I have so many allergies. But the lady did reassure me that they take all of those things into consideration before they treat people. They also have a lot of testimonials on Yelp about their reliability and great results for their patient. Everything is professionally done and they seem to do very well with customer service and care. I highly recommend people coming to ask the questions and to get the information that you need from them because they are open to discussing your health, their approaches, and the therapies that they practice. Overall, this was a great visit and I'm glad that I stopped by.

1-Star Review I…read morerarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing from start to finish. During my initial Botox appointment, I clearly stated that I did not want "Spock brows." Instead of acknowledging my concern, the nurse gave me a slightly sassy, dismissive response along the lines of, "Oh, I've been doing this long enough." That should have been my first red flag. At my follow‑up visit, I mentioned that both I and my mother (during a video call earlier that day) noticed the Spock brow effect. Rather than listening, the nurse pulled up before-and-after photos and insisted my brows looked "fine." I look at myself every day -- I know what I looked like, and it was not fine. Instead of addressing the issue, she then tried to upsell me on additional Botox to "even out" my crow's feet. I declined. When I later called to schedule another follow‑up to correct the Spock brows, I was told to send photos and that a nurse would call me back within 15 minutes. No one ever called. My subsequent calls were not returned, and now the phone number doesn't even accept my calls at all. To make matters worse, during both of my visits, an employee was on a personal phone call dealing with some kind of personal drama -- loudly enough that it was impossible to ignore. It added to the overall sense of unprofessionalism. Between the dismissive attitude, the lack of accountability, the upselling, the unreturned calls, and the unprofessional environment, I cannot recommend this place. I wish my experience had been different.

From the moment you walk in, the ambience is calming and welcoming, and if you listen closely, they're usually playing Christian music, which I personally love. It just adds to the peaceful vibe. Everything is always spotless, and the ladies who work there are consistently kind and friendly. They make you feel comfortable right away and take great care of you. They offer a wide range of IV therapies and vitamin shots (and I believe they may offer GLPs as well, but I'd recommend calling to confirm if that's what you're looking for). They also have a masseuse who comes in a couple days a week for chair massages, which is such a nice bonus. I've had a 15 min chair massage once which was nice and I've only done the vitamin shots which I absolutely love. Anytime I'm flying or heading to a big conference, I make it a point to stop in for the Super Immune shot (B complex, B12, and glutathione). I've also tried the MIC shot, NAD+, and a few others... I like to switch it up depending on what my body needs. Even though I haven't tried the IVs myself, I've seen plenty of people getting them, and I've heard great things. They also offer mobile IV services, which is super convenient. Plus, they carry vitamin supplements in tablet form if you're looking for something ongoing. Whether you're looking for beauty, energy, immunity, stress relief, detox, metabolism support, or athletic recovery they've got you covered. I highly recommend checking this place out. It's one of those places you'll keep coming back to!

I used to come here pre pandemic and even bought a $380 package for what I remember was for three…read moreor four IV sessions. Then, the pandemic hit, life happened, and I moved. IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.
