Unfortunately, the front reception experience continues to be the biggest headache. I often feel that the receptionists are disorganized and, at times, just plain rude. At my most recent visit, I waited about 15-20 minutes after my appointment was finished just to receive an estimate. When I finally approached the front desk to ask about it, I was abruptly told to "take a seat, they'll call you when they're ready," with no courtesy or acknowledgment of the wait. I work in healthcare myself, and I know how important patient experience is from start to finish. A little communication and kindness go a long way. It's disappointing because the clinical staff do a great job, but the front desk interactions make me question whether I want to continue giving my business to an office where patients are treated this way

Him and his assistant stayed till 7:30 pm to ensure I had a crown that day. He had a bunch of other work and STILL made time to take care of me. They didn't need to stay for me, and I wouldn't have expected it less than 5 hours before thanksgiving. They always have a positive attitude even with my teeth (that aren't good) .
