I'm always on the hunt for above-average Salvadoran Pupusa food!!! I'm glad I found and tried this place. It's hard to find the location. I drove around the parking lot a few times because I couldn't find a sign outside the building. I had to call them to get their location. They're located inside a mini food court. The food court is located in the corner of the shopping center. You need to walk through the food court doors; they are on the right side towards the back. There is plenty of seating around the food court. It was quiet when we were there. There are bathrooms right around the corner. Pupuseria Suchitlan has a few different visible menus as you walk up to the counter. You'll see a variety of Salvadoran dishes on the menu, along with their specials. The price of their food is very reasonable. I was pleased to see their affordable prices. The couple who were working greeted us and took our order. They were friendly and informative when we asked questions about their food. My go-to Salvadoran foods are revuelta pupusas and tamales. So that is what we ordered. They delivered the food to our table along with all the cabbage and sauce, napkins, and forks, and asked us if we needed anything else, or to let them know if we needed anything, and they'll bring it right over. Good customer service. The pupusas were flavorful and a decent amount of filling inside. We thought it could have had more cheese than what it had, but that is a personal preference. The cortido/cabbage and sauce have good flavor, and they added the extra flavoring to the pupusa. The other thing we liked about the pupusa was that it wasn't too fat with masa, which overpowers the inside ingredients The chicken tamale was also very tasty. The masa was soft, and it had just enough chicken inside. The size of the tamale was average. We'll be coming back to try their other dishes. Pupuseria Suchitlan is worth a visit!!! read more

I ordered 5 revueltas, 1 bean and cheese pupusa and an order of pastelitos. Second time ordering from this place. When I arrived my order was ready. The pupusas have a great taste a mix of ingredients like it should have. The pastelitos have 6 pieces for $8.50 which is awesome, most places offer only 3pcs at a higher price. However, the pastelitos are too too salty, I hope they tone down the salt on their masa as the masa seemed to be salty not so much the stuffing in it (as someone who loves salt, this was too much!) other than that, saldadorean food here is great. Will keep coming but I hope they tone down the salt. The lady who took my order was very polite over the phone. The place is very clean. Oh they didn't have horchata today which should be a staple here., but I will be back soon and review them again. read more

Mother daughter team. Love the crisp and the salsas. The pork tamales are delicious and a great value at $2.50 each and you can have them frozen or take them hot. Salvadorian tamales are moist and brothy and you need a spoon. This is in a food hall that is really struggling. I tried the pupusa's but I didn't like them. read more

Came here for pupusas and left very happy. The salsa actually has a kick (finally), and the curtido was fresh, flavorful, and most importantly not skimpy. The pupusas themselves were perfectly moist, not dry at all, with a great balance of filling to masa. The chicharrón y queso was a standout--savory, rich, and packed with flavor. We also ordered the revuelta with everything, and it absolutely delivered. You can tell they don't cut corners here. This is the kind of spot that keeps you coming back. read more

Great service, great food, awesome flavors. Pupusas are generously made with tons of cheese and meat. The don't skimp on the curtido and the sauces have great flavor with kick. Now are far as the drinks Ensalada was delish with finely chopped fruit and beautiful balance. The horchata was made with real morro and had a nice complex taste. In all my humble years of eating Central American Salvi food. This hits the stop. You can find them right in the corner of the shopping center Next to the Mexican ice cream shop. If I could give zero starts i would. Service is terrible food is not good. Prices are reasonable but it's not even worth coming here in moval. The people just talking and letting food sit there.
