Ultimately, never ironed that out, they emailed me to say they were coming next day. Asked if I had stairs, told them I did. They were delivering a 350ish pound mattress. Showed up with two guys who couldn't even lift the thing off their truck. The guys told me someone would call me shortly. Surprise surprise, no one did and I had to reach out via email. They told me I never told them the number of steps in my house so really it was my fault they didn't send a sufficient work force and marked my delivery as complete--reporting I'd rejected it. Unprofessional and incompetent doesn't begin to cover it.
