I am not one to normally leave reviews but after multiple incidents of second and third chances it's fair to see why they have 3.0 yelp and 3.8 ratings on Google. We have done probably 15-20 cuts here for our 50lbs Goldendoodle and the price just keeps going up even though our dog has stayed the same size. Each time I ask they say "we had to raise our prices". Probably because you are losing clients with your price gauging. The dematting fee is a scam, we get our dog cut down to a summer coat, basically shaved, there's no dematting necessary when you shave a dog, also, if you are charging $119 for a basic groom you can comb through a few matts that are typical with Doodles, especially when you specialize in doodles, unless it's to a point it's dangerous which it never has been with my dog because we brush and de-matt regularly. I have even went through every inch of her fur with a groomer before passing her off confirming she's clear of matting.. Trying to maybe get ahead of it to avoid this, then I still get hit with a charge for it when I pick her up. Recently, I assume because of all the complaints, They make you sign a form that says they can basically charge Whatever they want and they are not responsible If they injure your dog. I'm sorry there's way too much competition in town to be charging $134 (including de-matting fee) for a basic groom. Not inclusive of the 30 options they give you for up charging. Based on other reviews, I'm sure the owner will get on here and tell me I have no idea what I'm talking about, which is fine, with a quick google search there's 10 locations within 10 miles that have higher ratings and lower prices. read more

Our dog loves the daycare for social time and exercise on bad weather days, and gets to run around with his neighborhood buddies here. His grooming has been perfect every time. I took in my dog for a first time grooming, explicitly told Angela, the owner, that I wanted an inch left on the main part of her body and said I didn't want her to be shaved. When I picked her up, she had been shaved, and her beautiful, fanning tail was butchered. The shaving at the inside of her hind legs was unevenly done, where it was down to the skin and choppy. The hair around her ears is also really uneven. The job on her nails was well done. I called the next day to let Angela know what happened, but she was defensive and argued with me, telling me she'd seen her and that they'd done it like I asked. She was rude and raising her voice. I stayed calm, said I just felt she should know. She offered to have it evened out, but said the results were their norm. I will not take her back. I don't want to risk it. Due to Angela's response and attitude with me, I don't want to give her my business again. read more

I loved the care given to my goldendoodle Teddy. Teddy had some major matting issues but they did a great job considering Teddy's condition. Great place providing excellent service. BUYER BEWARE!!! WORST CUT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. my dog doesn't shed one of the reasons we got her. After her bath n cut I picked Miss Bella up in my brand new truck. Now there is hair everywhere!! The shaved her with clippers and didnt rinse her after leaving hair all over her. I called and told the manager that there was hair all over a truck I picked up of the lot on Saturday and the response was Im sorry we've never had this happen. I requested a refund and was told by the manager that if I disputed the charges that she would charge me with robery. I came here on a recommendation from someone in my vet's office after a problematic situation ended my relationship with my former groomer. They did a great job and their prices are competitive. My dog got to hang out with other dogs until they groomed him (that is their practice, but they can also isolate your dog if they don't play well with others.) He seemed to really like the place, and he smells and looks great. They also offer day care. I'll definitely go back. read more

Asked for 1/2" cut on a non-shedding dog and she was fully shaved and uneven. She was not tangled going in... Absolute train wreck. It also didn't seem like a very clean facility and dogs were jam packed in there. I expected more for $100 dog cut. Will not return / can't recommend. read more

I took my dog here a few months ago and never got around to rating my experience. It was bad. Very unprofessional and my dog smelled like hot play dough afterwards. I don't really recommend this grooming facility. I've taken my morkie here two times to get groomed, both times his haircut turned out choppy, uneven and there were some razor burns near his private areas. This most recent time I've brought him In, I asked them to keep his fur as long as possible but to get rid of any matting as needed. When I picked him up his head, body and legs were all completely different lengths and looked so disproportionate. If you're in an absolute bind to get your dog groomed I would say it's an "alright" place to go for a last resort but i will not be going back. They also don't appear very clean and professional when you walk in. It has a "puppy mill" vibe to it and made me feel a little uneasy to leave him there. Do not send your dog here. If you care about what your dog looks like at all, avoid this careless establishment. We took our bernedoodle here (she has long fur) and specifically asked for just a trim. We get a call hours into to our dog being under their watch that they "accidentally" shaved her. The best part about it is, the the owner, Tiffany, did it herself! She told me that she wasn't paying attention when she shaved my 50 lb long haired bernedoodle. Don't worry! They didn't charge me for the shaving!! What a joke of a company. If you care about your dog and want it to actually get cared for by groomers, avoid this terribly run establishment. read more

Quite possibly the nicest business I have ever dealt with. We had two older dogs who needed periodic nail trimmings. The people at Dog Wash Factory treated them with such patience and kindness it was unbelievable. Towards the ends of their lives, the owner even came out to our car to do their nails rather than having them go through the difficulty of getting in/out of the car. My dog got skunked at midnight the night before and I called about 10 different places the next day looking for an appointment. They took us right away and even managed to save my pup's beard and fall so he didn't look completely unrecognizable and he smells about 1000x better. I would not recommend this place. I was a new customer and will not return. After getting home and having a better look at my dog, I realized just how bad her haircut was. I contacted the owner the next day to voice my concerns thinking an employee did the cut. Come to find out the owner did the cut and after I explained my concerns she had an excuse for each of my concerns. It was obvious the trimmers cut too much or my dog moved and she was shaved down to the skin between her eyes. The owner said this is how she cuts them. Then I said how she has multiple areas where she is uneven and was not even cut. The owner then went on to say how crazy busy they were and how dogs kept showing up.
