1) It began with them ringing up the wrong order for take-out, and then when I corrected their order, they proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for the mistake they made plus the new order I made...no. THAT is NOT customer service. It took me going back and forth with them for more than 5 minutes letting them know that I was not going to pay for a mistake they made on my order. He then processed my order w/ the original dish by telling me that "it was 'about' the same amount"..I believe the original dish was at least two euros more expensive.
2) When I had ordered over the phone, I was not told, neither did it say on the online menu that rice was included with my curry so I had ordered a side of rice.. most restaurants would let me know if I ordered double the rice that my dish already came with a side of rice so I wouldn't order more than I needed -----when i got home, I literally had enough rice to feed an entire country..
3) they gave me some form of re-heated naan, because the outer naan was soggy and soft, and the middle was hard as plastic.
