They happily provided one and we set up an appointment for the check up itself once the report from lab work would be available. Next I get a surprise. Get a bill from my insurance for a doctors office visit (I didnt make any office visit except collecting a paper for blood work). Reached out to the office and the receptionist said please email our office manager (Fact check: there is no office manager, its the doctor herself). The doctor called me and said they need to pull my records/file spend time to write a lab work so its considered a service. She even went on to say, a patient is suppose to come in person for physical check up first, then we order blood work and then we set up another appointment for follow up.
