Outstanding Service & Dedication!…read more Matt and Elijah came to my home to repair leaks in a newly installed system, including rebuilding the supply plenum and reinforcing and reattaching the supply lines. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, polite, and incredibly conscientious about making sure everything was done correctly. They truly went the extra mile--working well after sunset to ensure the job was completed the same day. My experience with them was outstanding in every way. I would wholeheartedly recommend Matt and Elijah for any HVAC work you may need!

I want to share my experience so you can make an informed decision about a very expensive purchase. Management Immediately told me the service call fee would come off the top of the HVAC systems price; never saw that promise. Management scheduled installation for the Monday right after the purchase which turned into Thursday, then Wednesday, no later than 9am. On Wednesday midmorning they still hadn't arrived with the units. I finally received a call from the tech who said he told the management that they had to finish a previous job and would get to my house when they could, though I was never notified. It was mentioned many times how I'd never know that the installation team were ever in the house after they finished the job. Though they did put down tarps, they were not sent vacuums or brooms to clean up the mess of taking out the very old units or installing the new ones. It was obvious they had been there. The team that was mentioned many times, as in, we'll send a team to quickly remove and installed the units quickly, was comprised of two young men. Matt was the installer and Eli never stopped lugging the heavy equipment and whatever was needed for the installs. They were both very nice, polite and worked nonstop and were certainly doing their best. The first day of installation they stayed until 9pm to try and finish the job. When they were finally ready to leave, I realized they had not been given all parts of the units were promised and I'd already paid a great deal for. Matt had left an old, 40-year-old filtering system, that no long worked, in the new unit. He didn't even know the new filtering system was not included. He said they come back another day and install the purchased filtering unit. I went to turn on the heat after they left and it didn't work. It showed an error message with a code that had to be fixed before the heat would work. Now I had no heat until that was fixed along with installing the filtering system. No one bothered to call me from Ashworth the next day, so the following day I called them to reschedule for the already paid for work to be completed and they didn't seem to know anything about it. The following week Matt and Eli came back and installed the filtering system and didn't know why the code came on. The work looked good, but I had made myself a check list to make sure everything was actually completed and checked. Matt said he had tested everything and it all worked. I had been told a couple of times that after they completed the job that someone would come check their work to make sure it was all done correctly. I never saw that person. After they left there was a gas smell in the house so I turned off the gas valve (the old one that had not been replaced with the new system). I then called a reputable plumbing and electrical company to complete the job so that my house wouldn't blow up or I'd be killed by carbon monoxide poisoning. Since the gas lines had not been tightened, there was a gas leak, so they installed new lines and a new valve. Everything was now accurately checked and tested by the plumbing and electrical company. Think twice before you buy from Ashworth Heating and Cooling.

Before I begin let me say these are two very nice women and I wish them well. However. in June I…read moremade the mistake of hiring them to deep clean my house. When I spoke to Ashley on the phone about coming I explained what I wanted done. I had all the supplies ready when they arrived! I couldn't see what they were or weren't doing. because at the time I was confined to the couch nursing a dislocated broken ankle and leg. When my husband returned I was able to take a little tour of the house. What I found was layers of dust ,my walls were streaked, the shower hadn't hadn't been cleaned, my kitchen cabinets were still dirty, the oven exterior was sill dirty and I think one of worst things that happened was when they left Ashley said her friend had spilled a bottle of Pine-Sol and they had cleaned it up. They didn't! They wiped it up, but it had so much cleaner on it the floor was streaked and sticky. Now for some advise. In the beginning I was quoted a price. By the time they left, the original price had grown by 121.00. If you hire these women get everything in writing before they start!
