I have only been here with my kiddos attending birthday parties. We have not actually booked one here so sorry I can't provide an details on booking and execution. But as a guest my kiddos have tons of fun! As a parent I liked that there is a specific time frame then it's go home! No lingering and they can't go back to the other rooms to play. Also after we had our first experience here, I quickly realize that if you get an invitation and this is the venue then do not be late! I say that because there are 2 play rooms with different inflatable fun for the kids. Each room is timed...not sure the specific time but if I had to roughly guesstimate then I would say it is 30 minutes in the first room. Then they let you know it's time to move to the next room, filled with different inflatable fun, so they have the kids line up then they open the doors. Kids run in and go have more fun..now I believe this room is also 30 minutes. I'm not 100% certain but since the bday parties usually last 2 hours then I safely assume. Then once the time is up in the second room they line up the kids and take them to the party room. There is a throne where the bday kid gets to sit while we sing happy birthday and they blow out their candles. Oh also before they enter the party room for food and bday cake/cupcake they have everyone sanitize their hands. Now if you are late like we were to our first party here then they didn't get a lot of time to play. We had arrive where my kid got maybe 5-10 minutes to play in the first room then moved to the second room. Once the party was over and it was time to leave my kid wanted to go back to.the Inflatable rooms to play. I told her it wasn't that kind of party and plus another bday party was occupying the rooms. If you are late or going to be late then sign the waiver online ahead of time. Because if you do it there then It takes away more time for your kid to play. If you arrive early then there is a safety video that everyone watches before going into the rooms. If you forget to bring a water bottle then there is a water fountains that the kiddos can quench.their thirst with and go back to playing. I know there are add on items because we have been to come of the parties there where they have a balloon drop and bubbles. It is located in a shared shopping center but since we always attend parties on the weekend then there are no issues with parking. If you're a kid, this is heaven. This is the ultimate playground with slides galore, play areas for days, and a partitioned portions of the facilities for different parties hosting occasions simultaneously. Go buck wild on everything, but make sure to remove your shoes before doing so. If you're an adult, this might be the closest thing to hell. (#1) Adults here are strictly here for two things: socializing and/or supervision. Booze is not allowed but lots of chaperones are. Every party here has a guestlist and folks aren't allowed to just walk-in without at least understanding their options at the front. The staff is thorough and very good about keeping time (#2) and trying to keep the chaos as organized as possible. There aren't a lot of them at any given time, but they're quite good about breaking everything down for all the clueless adults coming in. Price wise, I've never had to organize anything here. However, based on what I know from their website and from friends who have hosted things here, it's $7.50 for open play time per child, but for private parties, it ranges from $300-550 per 10-25 children. The higher end pricing comes with a littany of things that include: + Going HAM on their inflatable playground + Pizza + drinks + Bubbles + balloon drops + Dedicated staff + Online invitations + Paper plates, cups, napkins, plasticware. + Clean Up (#2) The value doesn't seem obvious, but if it takes care of of a bunch of kids by tiring them out, bringing a smile to their faces, and a fun memory for them to enjoy, then it might very well be worth it in the end. ____________ (#1) Kidding. We came here for my nieces 4th birthday. She had been here before and was SO excited to be having her party at Pump It Up. Having never been here myself, I was excited to see what it was all about. When you arrive, you put your gift in a big rolling basket like they use in hotels for laundry. Once it's time for the party to start, you follow your party host into the first room of inflatables. My niece had the glow package so it was dark, but you could still see because of the black lights. The kids had a blast, the adults had a blast. There were adults in their 50s-60s having fun right next to the youngest party goer who is 3. The adults were talking about how much of a workout it is trying to climb the things and my brother-in-law got himself wedged in one of the blowup things, but my cousin got him out. The one thing I did NOT enjoy was when it's time to go to the next room, they abruptly flip on the lights and it's a shock for the eyes. A warning, or a dimmer switch to slowly bring them up would be great, but if that's the biggest problem, then it's not really a problem. So on to the second room... same experience with different inflatables. Adults having fun, kids having fun, black lights, sudden brightness at the end, moving on to the next room. In the third and final room, that's where you have food. Pizza was included and I must say the pizza was pretty good too. It was Buck's Pizza and I might just have to look into that. The Peppa Pig cake was super delicious too, but my sister made that herself lol. There is a big throne for the birthday girl and a TV mounted next to it where they display pictures that your party host takes during the play time. The kids enjoyed seeing their pictures on the TV and I would say this party was a success. Some of the adults were upset that my niece didn't get to open her presents in front of everyone at the party, but the kids didn't care. Also, when you think about it it's better this way. I'd rather the kids have more time and just take the gifts home to open them then for them to lose some play time for present opening. PLUS, when they open gifts there, they take the gifts out of the bags just for you to put them all back in the bags to take home. So I guess it doesn't really matter. I would definitely have a party here in the future. TL:DR - Three of my nieces that were able to make come (ages 4, 9, and 12) all had a great time. It's fun for kids. Fun for adults. Good pizza. Good times. Watch your eyes when the lights come on if you have a glow party. MUST WEAR SOCKS. read more

This weekend we went to Pump it Up playground. I highly recommend it. Safe inflatable slides, bounce house, giant ball leap and many more activities. Very age appropriate activities. There are several playrooms and each group is rotated so only you and your party are in each room at a time. The staff was amazing and did all the set up for us. Came here a few weeks after our first visit. And, I have to say it surely didn't take long before this place already smelled just like Jumping Jungle. We got here just about the same time we did last time for another open play. This time, the A/C wasn't running long enough yet and the inflatables aren't quite blown up full when the kids got in. This time, I had to keep a close eye on my littler one as I'm aware of what happened the last time when a little kid got stuck under a flap. Sad to say, nothing really has been done to make that area more safe. I saw about 2 kids go under it again and I have to get to them to make sure they don't stay in there. I looked behind me and the employee was on her phone, not mindful of the kids. I hope they don't allow their employees to use their phones at all while they're working!! I probably will still come back just coz it's hard to beat their $7 two-hour open play. But it won't be in the near future. read more

This place was great! We had my daughter's 4th birthday party here and all of the kids had a blast. It's very clean and very new. Love that the birthday party is private, but you're not confined to 1 room. You get time in 2 different rooms with all new inflatables so the kids don't get bored. Booking the party was a breeze and I was able to make changes right up until a few days before the party. By having 2 party hosts with you, everything runs smoothly. They take care of food and drinks as well, so there's really nothing left to do, but the cake and goodie bags. You can bring decorations and they'll put them up for you, but the place is pretty flashy even without them. The party room was a really large size which was nice and we didn't feel cramped at all. They also have a bunch of add ons like a balloon drop or a glow party. We did the balloon drop. Not really worth it in my opinion. Yeah, the kids got a kick out of it, but it lasts for one second and then it's over. My only complaint is they charge for photos. I think it was about $20 for all of the photos taken that day, but there were maybe 2 good ones. Most of the rest were blurry. Some even appeared to be of the ceiling or the floor. The party hosts appeared to be snapping photos randomly without paying attention. But all in all, it was a success. read more

The staff is really rude. They charge extra to bring your own food, which is fine. My son cannot eat pizza due to an allergy, so we brought our own. When we got there they said we could not bring in coolers. The coolers that held the food that we paid extra to bring! They did not allow us sufficient time to set-up and refused to let us bring our own water bottles. We were made to purchase their water. They all acted very bothered by us wanting to get in the room early to lay out the food. We will not come back here. read more

I would have given this place a 4 but my daughter booked a party for my grandson and the employees do not interact with the birthday child much if at all. The birthday child should feel very special for the price you pay. They take photos and that is it as far as I can tell. The place is amazing for kiddos and lots of fun for adults too, but the price is outrageous and definitely not worth the money just like all the other places around town. My daughter made reservations for 20 children and we had less than 15 come.We had two parents pay for their child that could have been included.Pump It Up did not bother to make any price adjustments and we had to argue in order to get any credit for the parents who paid when they were covered. One of the most annoying things that MANY party places do is bring in the big trash can toward the end and put it directly in the way of the party as if they are trying to send a message. Well Pump it up is no exception. Keep the trash can out of the way there are plenty of places to put it in the room that IS OUT OF THE WAY OF THE PLANNED PARTY EVENTS!!! read more
