Pump It Up is a great location to have your child's party. You can book right online or call in. The facility has different packages you can choose from to meet your needs. You can also do add on's like: glow party, balloon drop, etc. I chose the ultimate package and it was perfect for us. This package includes: Playtime in 2 Arenas (think bounce house fun), Celebration in party room (party room set-up and clean-up!),Dedicated Party Staff, Plates, napkins, cups & utensils, Online party invitations 1 - Balloon Bouquet 15 (included) 2 - 2 Liters (included) or you can choose Caprisuns instead 15 - Goodie Bag for party packages (included) 3 - Lg 1 Topping Pizza (included) I chose to add on extra pizza and drinks. The pizza is cut in 12 slices and comes from Pizza Hut which is right next door. I was given conflicting information about the drinks so I ended up paying extra. You are not allowed to bring your own food. They have other options you can add like a veggie platter, chicken wings etc. The staff wore thier masks and each room had sanitizer available for guests. Masks for guest recommended but not mandated (at least at the time I went). Prior to entering the celebration room, staff stupid at the door and provided hand sanitizer. In addition to the bounce houses there was also a couple of games machines and ball pit. You do need to pay extra for the machines. They're located in a plaza and there's plenty of parking. They provide a cart that makes transporting the gifts and any extra items a breeze. I would definitely recommend Pump It Up, everyone had a great time! read more

This place is hell. It is the white, middle-class torture chamber of Brandon. It is the most suburban "I love my kids but I also want to fuck around on my phone for 2 hours" place imaginable. Your kids will flip around and play and most likely have a great time. You will not. It is a building designed for punishment. It is loud and soulless and awful. It is extremely cold as well. I am certain God personally hates me, I've been summoned here so many times. I've been to parties here for Addie, Ben, Josh, Jakob, Connor, Konnor, Koner, Kaylee, Kaleigh, K'Lee (yeah), Brendon, Brendan, Brandon, Brody, Evan, Evan (but this one is a girl), and probably 10 others. Every one ends exactly the same - sad, lukewarm pizza from Hungry Howie's, Publix cupcakes, and a crushing sense of ennui. Is this all there is to life? I have seen our fate, and it is Kidz Bop 33 and shrieking children. However, girl child (and all the other kids) have a great time. Every employee is super friendly, the place is clean, and for the insanity of it, it's very well run. read more

I held my son's 7th birthday party here and it was a great success. I thought I was going to have 16 kids. . .but the day of the party we had 23 show up! The staff quickly accommodated the extra kids and made sure we had enough drinks and pizza (quickly discussing the additional cost with me). THEY MADE EVERYTHING SO EASY. The kids (aged 2-12) had a blast and the parents could just relax knowing that everything was taken care of and there were attendants helping out in each room. I even forgot to put socks on my son and one of the attendants took care of it and didn't charge for the socks - I didn't even realize it until we got home and I asked him where his socks came from! Each room was clean and the equipment in great shape. The party helper in the party room, Leah, was very helpful and sweet and made everything run smoothly. Dom was an attendant in the first room (I think it was the first room) and was so great with the kids and really made my son feel special - they share the same birthday/month so that was cool. The manager, Annie, was friendly, helpful and kept me calm. Overall, huge success. The only cons are it is a little pricey and they do not allow any of your own food to be brought in (except for cake and one snack item) so that is why it got pricey. However, the cost is worth it for the ease of it all. Also, don't bother with the photo package - $20 for blurry photos of kids running around. Not worth it. Tip: Don't spend $$$ on their gift bags - for $1 a kid they will bring in a balloon tree with inflated balloons on sticks for each kid to take with them. The kids LOVED THEM. read more

Westchase location is much better. I had my daughters birthday party here and the entire thing is run by 16year old kids who stand around talking to each other and not engaging the kids or adults on where to go, lining the kids up, etc. The rooms and bounce houses are much smaller than the Westchase location. I would save my money and go elsewhere. read more

This place smells like urine and feet. Can't stand when my kid gets invites here. I dread it every single time we have to go. Also, I swear she gets sick everytime. I don't think they clean their carpets or bounce houses. At least not as often as they should. The people working there look like depressed teenagers with no expressions. So I took my daughter today and arrived at about 4:40pm The representative never mentioned that the place will be closing at 5:30pm and yet I was still charged full price $11+. The only reason I went today Saturday Aug. 4 2018 is because according to yelp and google they were open until 7pm. When I brought this up to the representative, this was a different one who was very nice, she stated I needed to go to their website and click on the calendar. Well, that was a great tip. Here is one from me, make it a point to change the time in yelp and google when one does a search and you business hours comes up as closing at 7pm. The staff and owner are amazing at this facility! We just had our 2 year old and 4 year olds party here and we couldn't have been happier! The kids had a great time and so did the adults! The staff was wonderful and so helpful! They set up everything perfectly in the party room and then helped us to the car with all of our belongings when we were finished. They took pictures of the entire event so I didn't have to worry about carrying around my camera and just made the entire birthday party experience enjoyable for everyone. We had my three year old daughter's party here and everyone loved it! Kids ranged in age from 16 months to 12 years and everyone was entertained. I love that the party is split into segments and they don't stay in one room the whole time - it helps keep things moving quickly and prevents anyone from getting bored. I'm pretty sure some of our guests will be booking future parties there as they were commenting on how much fun the kids were having and that no one had to do any set up - you just show up and go home after it's done. read more

We had a birthday party on a busy Saturday afternoon (nonstop and packed parties). For some reason, the staff decided to mop and leave standing water on the hallway entrance to the jump rooms and bathrooms. My sister fell and was hurt. When I spoke with the manager on duty, she told me my sister should have seen the wet floor signs. I had to grab paper towels and wipe up the wet floor MYSELF so my sister could get up without slipping again. Gross. I am surprised that an establishment like this that handles such large volumes of people would choose to leave their floors so wet knowing that people could hurt themselves. I can only imagine the issues that would arise if a pregnant woman or an adult carrying a small child fell. read more

This place is a rip off and they will lie to you! When I booked my son's birthday party, I was told we could bring in anything that we wanted as long as it didn't need to be refrigerated. Well, when we got there, we were told we could not bring in our water and juice boxes and we had to buy theirs- the exact same thing I brought! However, they were charging $7 PER BOX (10 juices). My mom, the birthday boy's grandmother, went to talk to Olivia R. (the manager) and she said we could NOT drink our own drinks in the party room and since there was a misunderstanding she would give us the picture CD for free. Well, when the party was over and I went to go pay the remaining balance, Olivia told us she was NOT giving us the picture CD. I am SO UPSET! She lied to our face and then she started laughing and smirking. She is SO rude and unprofessional. If anyone is thinking about spending $277.13 for the basic party package, I suggest you take your business somewhere else!!!! We booked a field trip here for a summer camp group and had an emergency the day of. The policy was that you pay even if you don't come, which I completely understood. When I called to explain our situation, offer to pay and try to book two trips in return for the inconvenience, I was met with outright hostility. I apologized and offered to make up for it and again was again met with hostility. So I asked them to charge my card and forget the extra trips. Five minutes later, I was called back by someone who claimed to be the manager, but sounded suspiciously like the first person I talked to. He tried to get me to book the fieldtrips, but again became so rude, talking over me and such. We decided not to book. I was very disappointed. The place was highly recommended. We had waivers signed and were prepared to drive 30 kids 45 minutes to experience this place. This is my 17th summer camp and the first time I felt like no one was willing to work with me (but also the first time I had to cancel on short notice so maybe that counts for something) Again, just to be clear. I was not disappointed by having to pay for cancelling on such short notice (I agree with the policy) I was disappointed by the rudeness it was dealt with. read more
