All is just great here and a lot going for Veronica. And I/we today...are back the following day for Octopus Ceviche that will be, pretty sure, my and our very first octopus food experience. Special inquired/request with Veronica yesterday. Was in her freezer department of store and caught my eye. Have seen it prepared on several tv food shows and looked interesting. And our Octopus Ceviche...we both agreed was really really good. Veronica brought it out with fresh lime halves, dried corn tortillas, and a salsa. I liked it best as a straight spoonful with nothing added as a side. This was a fun experience with Veronicas' help. I plan to buy more octopus and prepare different ways at home. Probly bake and broil.
