For those who never being to a truck wash, well... it's like a car wash only bigger! They do only outsides not inside and they have a large staff so they can wash the truck clean quickly. There is always an employee with a flash light that will do the quality control and make the staff touch up any missed spot. Blue Beacon have high standards and apply them across all of their locations so the experience is similar from one to the other. My first experience at a truck wash was here in Binghamton and they did missed some spot. Not knowing about their standard (and not paying for it, the company do with an open account) I didn't complain. What happened next is unusual; I went to the nearby Love's truck stop and parked there. Then a person came and asked me if I did wash my truck at the Blue Beacon recently. I said yes and he said that the job was not up to their standard and asked me is I can go again for a free wash to make it right! That time it was good. I went a couple of times since then and it these times, it was up to their standards!

Russ is the best mechanic I have been to. He has been servicing my cars for the six years we have…read morelived here. He will troubleshoot exhaustively until he finds the problem. I had an O2 Sensor that was causing fuel mileage issues. It took more adjusting to bring my old ford ranger within specifications. He did an Awesome job and did not charge me extra for the time... I recommend Russ to everyone. With that said, you may have to wait a week because of the demand for his service.

These guys literally rescued us from the elements and had us out of there the very same day. Not bad considering the vehicle was a foreign import which needed a replacement alternator and battery to be delivered at the last minute on a Friday afternoon, in a rural area of PA. The staffers were accommodating, honest, professional, polite, and efficient. The waiting area was comfortable and we were able to walk to a nearby Burger King for some chow as they did their thing. In the end the vehicle was fully repaired, on the road that same day, and the bill was well under $600. I would recommend them ANY day.
