For those who never being to a truck wash, well... it's like a car wash only bigger! They do only outsides not inside and they have a large staff so they can wash the truck clean quickly. There is always an employee with a flash light that will do the quality control and make the staff touch up any missed spot. Blue Beacon have high standards and apply them across all of their locations so the experience is similar from one to the other. My first experience at a truck wash was here in Binghamton and they did missed some spot. Not knowing about their standard (and not paying for it, the company do with an open account) I didn't complain. What happened next is unusual; I went to the nearby Love's truck stop and parked there. Then a person came and asked me if I did wash my truck at the Blue Beacon recently. I said yes and he said that the job was not up to their standard and asked me is I can go again for a free wash to make it right! That time it was good. Attempted to insert card when cashier came running out with attitude, yelling at me and pointing at the sign on the pump stating it says Pay Inside or Prepay. I attempted to state I am prepaying when she cut me off and said no you are not. I hopped into my vehicle and went to the Mirabito down the road for gas.
