He found a pair he loved, they fit perfect. We thought they were on sale for 79.00. Marked down from 179.00. We were happy. When we made it the register they were actually 49.00. We also qualified for a 15% discount, due to my app and points. I guess I bought the grandkids some Nike items online, and they give credit in their store. In the end, they were 44.00. Can't beat that. We were in and out, in 30 min. For my BF that's successful shopping. Quick, painless, and happy with his purchase. The staff at the Register were very friendly, and kept the line moving. My only suggestion would be to have more folks on the floor. We had questions, and couldn't get them answered. I ended up having to get the info from the app. I don't like working that hard for in store shopping. If I'm in the actual store, I want attention. I even had to locate and measure his feet myself. We wanted to know his exact size because our online shoe purchases have not worked out. That part was annoying. Worth checking out for deals, love the clean store. Not happy with the lack of employees on the floor.

The previous sales person I approached and asked for the shoe just told me we don't have decides and that was it. I didn't even think to ask someone else assuming it is what it is. So glad I did ask I'm so happy I got the shoes I want it. Big storeWith lots of shoes and great pricing.

Yes, there's some empty storefronts as the future of IRL retail continues to evolve and change. However, you cannot deny the convenience of a complex like this, typically with great prices. I went recently and had quite the list of things I needed to grab. I really detest shopping, which often means I wind up going without things I may need updated, and Waterloo is an easy solution to that. I grabbed well-priced sports bras at the UA outlet, sweaters at the LOFT outlet (much better selection than the Henrietta outlet), had luck at the H&M, and also made stops into Nike, Levi, Banana, and more. I love that you can enjoy the great outdoors as you shop, though I wouldn't make big plans to dine anywhere here as the options are scarce. A great stop and easy drive from Rochester if you're looking to find what you need!

There's nothing premium about these outlets. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. It's the…read moremost average set of typical outlet mall stores in a sort of below average set of buildings. The contents of the stores are the same as you'd find anywhere, but the atmosphere is unappealing and a little despondent. Out of all the Premium Outlets I've visited this one has probably been the most meh. The various store employees were mixed. There were some that were helpful, and other that sort of helped begrudgingly like they were doing you a favor. The upsides are that there is a lot of parking available, you're probably not going to have to deal with lines, and the stores all seemed well-stocked. The Shake Shack is not in the outlet mall, it's on the other side of the highway.
