Not fancy but reliable. I have used them for years for cpap and bipap supplies and advice about new face masks and machine repairs.

I cannot emphasize enough. This is the worst experience I've ever had in therapy. I went in there having lost my mother, my brother and my relationship with my sister all in the same year, and Nicole stopped me from getting help instead of helping me. I am considering filing a formal complaint with the board as she did harm willfully did harm to my psychological state and this should be grounds to lose a license. Without a doctor in PA -- and one I'm not jumping for joy about in FL -- I pulled up urgent care facilities. Main Line seemed the most reputable. Plus it's close. I was very pleased with care rendered and the personnel I dealt with. The receptionist was polite, the nurse professional, the doctor competent and pleasant. My questions were patiently answered, and I left with a gameplan. The reality is, with a practice based primarily on walk-ins, you'll likely have to wait. Expect it! I told the nurse about my history with pneumonia. (I actually had it twice.) Without question, the x-ray tech came for me and took two images, which were read before I met with the doctor. The facility is hooked up to Epic, which is important. They were able to see my medical history, prescriptions, etc. When I got home I received a link inviting me to sign up for My Chart -- also important for continuity of care. The facility has what you need, decent hours AND there's a big parking lot in the back, which I see is a big deal in Philadelphia.

My issue is they only seem to test for Covid. Once that test comes back negative the nurse practitioner tells you some dismissive catch all nonsense and sends you on your way. Last time she did that I ended up having Pneumonia. Place is a glorified Covid rapid test center. If all you need a Covid test and bullshit doctors note for work this is the place for you.

I first went into this clinic on a referral to get a test performed, and was so struck with the…read morequality of care and service that I changed my family's primary physician to the Family Care here. In just a few years, however, Crozer Keystone at Broomall has been transformed to one of the worst caregivers. I have done some background reading on the company and also spoken with a number of employees at this facility, so what I am writing here is not just based on my personal opinion. Things slowly started to change after they were bought out by the for-profit Prospect Medical Holdings, and have steadily gotten worse and worse. First, even though the number of patients increased, the corporate office refused to hire sufficient staff. As a patient, this meant that it became more and more difficult to schedule an appointment. Next, Prospect subcontracted Crozer Keystone's billing to another company. I noticed the difference immediately because there were a number of billing errors they made with our account, and it was extremely difficult to resolve the issues. For example, the subcontracted company coded one of the procedures we received wrong, and we were sent a bill for a few hundred dollars. I literally had to make nearly 30 phone calls and three months to resolve the error. On top of this, the customer service reps at the billing company are extremely rude and unhelpful. The final straw, however, came a few weeks ago. The two main reasons that my family kept this location as our PCP was due to two people: Jenelle in reception and the caregiver Stephanie Mostone. I called to try to make an appointment for my son at 8:15, 8:35, and 9:10 a.m. Instead of reaching a receptionist, every phone call immediately went to the clinic's answering service. I tried calling the main desk of this huge clinic, and was told by the hapless young man working there that he could do nothing to help. I called their corporate office, only to be told that my only option was to leave a message for their "customer complaint" department. Finally, a day later, the new, and frankly, quite incompetent, office manager, Tony, called to say that many of their staff had quit, including Jenelle and Stephanie. When asked how long their staffing difficulties would last, he told me that they were just now advertising for new candidates, and they should be trained in a month or so. Yes, you read that right. Ultimately, this is a case study in the failure of corporate medicine to treat Americans. I am lucky to have good insurance, but through them, my family and I have truly spent tens of thousands of dollars at this clinic. In spite of the enormous profits that Prospect Medical has made (over $1 billion annually), they give nothing but short shrift to the very people they have pledged to help. If you are looking for quality care, avoid any medical facility run by this corporate giant.

I chose Dr. Toni Muzzonigro as my PCP and drove from Philadelphia, because I've had a terrible time finding PCPs in my area I trust and who even seem to care. The front desk staff was so helpful when I called for the first time, with brand-new health insurance and a lack of understanding of how it worked. They scheduled me within a week and a half of calling (I had nothing urgent). They were considerate and professional upon my arrival today. One helped me over the phone to find the place when I'd made a wrong turn (I'm not from the area). My wait-time to be called back to the exam room was about a minute. I met a medical assistant named Dana (I hope I'm spelling her name correctly) who was warm, put me at ease, and repeatedly asked if I had any questions and assured me I could contact her or the doctor at any time after my visit. I waited then for Dr. Muzzonigro for about a minute. She was warm and had incredible bedside manner. She did not rush me or chide me for all of my natural approaches to healthcare as most of my former doctors have. She'd say "Sweet" when I told her herbal or alternative remedies I'd tried. She admitted they're not her specialty but, unlike every other PCP I've had, did not frown on them or shame me for using them. Frankly I was shocked. And she really listened! She did not rush me. When I told her about my weight concerns, she told me I was beautiful and looked great. She spoke of society brainwashing women about what our bodies should look like--all of which I know, but it felt wonderful hearing it from her. She explained why perhaps one medication might be better for me than another. She asked a lot of questions. She ordered blood work to check for vitamin deficiencies (how many PCPs do that?). Dana drew my blood. She was perfect at it. I felt a pinch and nothing more, and there is no bruise or marks other than a tiny red dot. I think this was the first time I left my PCP's office with a skip in my step and feeling happier than when I'd gone in. I'm thrilled I've found this place. We need more doctors like Dr. Muzzonigro and more medical staff like Dana and the receptionists and front desk staff at DHMC Health Pavilion.

In the last 4 years it's going downhill some of the staff are on point but the reception is mostly are not trying to get anything done is nearly impossible due to the fact that they're either untrained or unwilling to provide the services in which are insurance companies pay for. Incredibly ignorant on the phone very short with people I speak not only for myself but two others that I know that are having major problems with this practice. Getting medication on time near impossible for about 1/3 of the time it's taking me 11 days to get a heart medication refilled from them from their practice that doesn't seem reasonable. You will almost never get a call back 7 years I've gotten probably three callbacks and I probably left 20 messages. I am currently looking for another doctor practice to go to due to the lack of respect that I feel coming out of this practice and that's mostly on the front door staff receptionist
