It's a small store but they have pretty everything you can need for vaporers. A glass counter displays all of the vape rigs and the vape juices are in a shelf behind the counter. The young man and lady were very nice and helpful. I didn't buy anything this time but they were gracious in helping check out a few of the rigs. They also told me they are adding cigars soon.

I contacted the manufacturer and they instructed me to exchange it at Gotham Vapor Lounge, where it was purchased and they would compensate them back. I took it back to the shop and asked for an exchange. The salesperson there told me they would not be able to exchange it even though the manufacturer approved the exchange and even though their receipt explicitly states that they would exchange defective products within the warranty period. After going back and forth with the salesperson, he told me " at the end of the day, someone has to take the loss", and then proceeded to try and sell me another $100+ mod kit. Absolutely appalling! If you are looking for a place that stands behind the products that they sell, look elsewhere!

There was a huge selection of nice looking glass pipes immediately to the right upon entry. I've vaped but im not a vaper. The few times I tried it the experience was enjoyable, but with my personality - - I'd likley buy the biggest vape possible, like a scuba gear setup. Continuing toward the rear, an entire section of wall was under construction for a new refrigerator. New wiring, new lighting -- I'm intetested to see what's in-store as it didn't strike me as a soda, water nor beer fridge. Grabbing my WSJ and with a single fold, stuck it under my arm, while paying, I had a few breif words with the counterman about the weather & the coffee. Nice enough fellow, as I believe the business is new I wished him well.

My boyfriend and I have been regular customers at The Flowery for quite some time, and I've…read morerecommended this dispensary to many people. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I can no longer do that. The employee working behind the counter questioned my 26-year-old boyfriend's ID, immediately concluded it was fake, and called the police without involving a manager or taking any reasonable steps to verify the identification first. Rather than handling the situation professionally, the employee escalated it unnecessarily. When the responding officers confirmed that his ID was completely valid, the employee's response was, "So you're not going to do anything?" Even after being proven wrong, she still appeared determined to have a paying customer arrested. That was honestly the most shocking part of the entire experience. Mistakes can happen, especially with different forms of identification such as enhanced driver's licenses. However, there is a significant difference between asking questions or involving a manager and immediately calling law enforcement while falsely accusing a customer of using a fake ID. He was treated like a criminal over a legitimate ID, and it was embarrassing, unnecessary, and completely avoidable. This experience reflects a serious lack of training, professionalism, and customer service. There are too many dispensaries with knowledgeable, respectful staff to tolerate being treated this way. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I will no longer be recommending The Flowery to friends or family.
