This shop has some of everything! CBD, Vape, Ice Vape, a nice Humidor room, and the newest products to hit the market. Marsha(the store clerk) was not only friendly and welcoming, but attentive to all the customers; even with a full shop!! She was also knowledgeable and made some great suggestions for us. Be sure to checkout Nimbus for your smoke needs.

It's a small store but they have pretty everything you can need for vaporers. A glass counter displays all of the vape rigs and the vape juices are in a shelf behind the counter. The young man and lady were very nice and helpful. I didn't buy anything this time but they were gracious in helping check out a few of the rigs. They also told me they are adding cigars soon.

I contacted the manufacturer and they instructed me to exchange it at Gotham Vapor Lounge, where it was purchased and they would compensate them back. I took it back to the shop and asked for an exchange. The salesperson there told me they would not be able to exchange it even though the manufacturer approved the exchange and even though their receipt explicitly states that they would exchange defective products within the warranty period. After going back and forth with the salesperson, he told me " at the end of the day, someone has to take the loss", and then proceeded to try and sell me another $100+ mod kit. Absolutely appalling! If you are looking for a place that stands behind the products that they sell, look elsewhere!

What a class act! I gotta say I am more than surprised to find one of the better cigar shops in New…read moreYork City is right in the neighborhood and next to Prospect Park. The owner Jose gave me my space when I first came in and noticed I was taking my time looking at the selection, then came in to give me his two cents and answer any questions I had. Pleasantly surprised to find that almost all of the cigars in the store were hand rolled at that location. It had been a while since I had a good cigar and I needed something to celebrate with so he pointed out the perfect selection. On top of that not only did they have wooden matches, but they had cedar as well to get a fresh start on the gar. The only thing missing was a dominoes / chess table, but I'm sure they had one I didn't see. Fantastic quality, especially for the price. I was a little nervous buying an eight dollar cigar but it easily smokes like a 15 or $20 cigar. If you're in Brooklyn, and you need a cigar for a celebration, wedding, birthday, bachelor party, funeral, or just a nice smoke - this is a spot for you. Fresh cigars and all different kinds of blends from a nice light morning cigar to a robust evening cigar to pair with some liquor. I did not smoke at the location, but it seemed comfy enough. Owner is dressed sharp, so it's worth throwing the smoking jacket on if you're gonna stay. I've been here a couple times now and anybody reading the one star reviews should not consider them worth any value. To be quite frank, the neighborhood and streets down the block are not that great and I'm sure the owner has some spill over into his store. As the Chappelle joke goes, just because you're black doesn't mean you're a.......... you get where I'm going. If you're respectful, and a friendly paying customer (cash is king), you will be treated with five out of five service. I am writing this review as I polish off a cigar right now, these house cigars are the quality where you always smoke past the band. Thanks Jose!
