However upon returning the items he decided to return items as a no receipt return even though I gave him the original receipt... he even circled the items he chose to return!!! By returning it without a receipt he was able to adjust the amount I was actually due. So now I am out $$$ because of him. I hope no one ever does business at that Franchise or work with him. I asked him if I could tip over cash app or Venmo because I didn't have any cash and you couldn't tip on the site. He absolutely refused, I insisted, and he told me that he wasn't even the delivery guy. He said that they gave the delivery fairies a couple days off because it was so hot. I'm not sure if he was the manager or what, he had a lot of tattoos up and down his arms and was white or light skinned (the lighting is horrible in my hallway), but he was so sweet! I have a broken ankle right now but once I can get out of the house I am showing up there and tossing a 20 in the tip jar. I've lived in Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and NY.
