He eventually decided to return 2 of 4 items that were lowest in price. However upon returning the items he decided to return items as a no receipt return even though I gave him the original receipt... he even circled the items he chose to return!!! By returning it without a receipt he was able to adjust the amount I was actually due. So now I am out $$$ because of him. I hope no one ever does business at that Franchise or work with him. How could you manipulate my items just to save the store 20 something dollars.... that is stealing.

I felt awful because I meant to wake up earlier so they wouldn't have to go out in the heat. A very nice guy came by like 20 minutes later with my order. I asked him if I could tip over cash app or Venmo because I didn't have any cash and you couldn't tip on the site. He absolutely refused, I insisted, and he told me that he wasn't even the delivery guy. He said that they gave the delivery fairies a couple days off because it was so hot. I'm not sure if he was the manager or what, he had a lot of tattoos up and down his arms and was white or light skinned (the lighting is horrible in my hallway), but he was so sweet! I have a broken ankle right now but once I can get out of the house I am showing up there and tossing a 20 in the tip jar. I've lived in Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and NY. I'm so happy that dispensaries finally are showing up here, in this place has the best selection, best service, best prices (relative to New York), & best vibes of any dispensary I've ever used.
