It's a small store but they have pretty everything you can need for vaporers. A glass counter displays all of the vape rigs and the vape juices are in a shelf behind the counter. The young man and lady were very nice and helpful. I didn't buy anything this time but they were gracious in helping check out a few of the rigs. They also told me they are adding cigars soon.

Horrible customer experience! I purchased a mod kit on July 22nd, and it fell apart less than a…read moremonth later. I contacted the manufacturer and they instructed me to exchange it at Gotham Vapor Lounge, where it was purchased and they would compensate them back. I took it back to the shop and asked for an exchange. The salesperson there told me they would not be able to exchange it even though the manufacturer approved the exchange and even though their receipt explicitly states that they would exchange defective products within the warranty period. After going back and forth with the salesperson, he told me " at the end of the day, someone has to take the loss", and then proceeded to try and sell me another $100+ mod kit. Absolutely appalling! If you are looking for a place that stands behind the products that they sell, look elsewhere!

Their website does not accurately reflect their stock. If you order a 510 thread cart (where the picture on the website shows the product), don't be surprised when you open your bag and get a pod for a completely different battery you don't own. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. You also can't call the store directly, every call goes through a call center, this makes it difficult and frustrating when there is an issue with your order or you have a question about stock. I understand that it's easier for things to go wrong during a delivery order, but when you offer the service, you should get what you actually pay for. Buying weed shouldn't be this hard. At the end of the day, if there's a dispensary by you that delivers the products that you actually buy and you can actually call them, you got the flowery beat. Go to that one instead.
