They never mentioned that the State of Texas was banning vapes manufactured in China, nor did they give us any notice. After the ban took effect, we called them on September 2 to ask about returning products, and they gave us nothing but excuses. They claimed the items were "final sale" (a lie -- we were never told this). We asked to speak with a manager. One employee said he'd call us back after checking -- he never did. I called again a couple hours later and was told the manager was "at lunch." I even showed up in person the next day, and once again, the manager "wasn't there yet." It's a constant runaround, no accountability, and no respect for small businesses. Their customer service is non-existent. They don't care about helping or even being transparent. All they care about is making a sale, taking advantage of our small business owners. On top of that, the warehouse itself is not clean or professional. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with.
