Mark wasn't the greatest businessman in the world, and we members put up with the lacking ventilation, dirty bathrooms, old furniture, and other shortcomings because of Mark......we knew how much he loved us and that shop. Since his unfortunate passing the owner has brought in a new manager and the words "customer service" or "member" are not part of his vocabulary. Numerous changes have been implemented that make us all feel more like a number than a member, but the most egregious came last Thursday when I walked in the shop and the poker table where I and a number of other members gathered a few days a week to play some cards had been taken out. No warning, no conversation, no explanation. When I initiated a discussion with the manager, he basically told me that my and our opinions did not matter, as we are "just members". After 20 years, we were cast aside like some dirt off the bottom of your shoe. I hate to say it but I, as well as about another 15+ members have quit our memberships. It has been a sad week and this has been very difficult to write.

They did not have anything I was looking for, so I just bought a five pack of coils and it's a good thing I checked before I left because they only gave me three of the five in the container (so always check!). It appeared that there was only one person working but I was the only person there, so... I have no idea why it took as long as it did, but I was there for at least half an hour just to get the five coils. I'm still giving them three stars because they are open 24/7, which is more than almost anywhere else in the metroplex, so they get a bonus star for that! I tried to return the product because the liquid was coming out of the smok device occasionally and it burned my lip. They're Return policy is fraudulent as their receipt states otherwise. They said only on defective products but if you know how to read English, then you'd know that the way they placed their grammar is incorrect. See below. The (defective products) in parentheses is attached only to disposables! You have a period after each sentence, meaning it's complete. This place is only good for their Puff Kings don't buy anything else. I will only change my review until I'm satisfied, so Steven Green... look at this.
