I don't know what my life has come to that I am reviewing a mini golf place but whatever here it goes... Not much to do in the offseason in Montauk so my wife and I hit up some mini golf. This is fun spot next to the water and it will give you an hour of fun when you need it. It was only $10 to play and it was a great time. The 18th hole is not a hole you cant keep score on it so make sure to beat your competition in the first 17. There were some challenging holes and it is a place that is a good for kids if you have them. Come check it out! read more

Being a mini golf enthusiast, I had low expectations of this place. I was wrong! The place was clean, organized, and had a nice view of the pond. The flow of the game went nicely, and they had some fun courses. The one downside is that they have a very small arcade in the upstairs building, and there were unfortunately no pinball machines. Overall though, a good place to drop $10 per person per game, it's a good attraction for the money, and they should keep the price reasonable like this to keep people coming back. read more

We decided to go here since it was so close to our motel and we didn't have much else to do at the moment. Their mini-golf course is very nice and has some fun little characteristics. After some photo opps and almost completing the course, we got to the last hole and our friend scored a hole in one, which won us a free game! This place is amazing! The highlight of our vacation! Me and my family came here because we saw they had canoes for rent. The lady at the front desk was super nice and told us all of the different things they had for rent besides the canoes. We walked back to the dock and saw the sailboats which looked like a lot of un. The guy who works here explained everything to us in great detail about renting a sail, and was extremely informative. After some contemplation, we decided that we were going to try sailing on one of the catamarans for the first time. Since there was a wait, we went to the hotel to change, and then came back dressed appropriately to go into the water. We also brought cash since they do not accept credit cards, however they do have an ATM on premise. They older gentleman who works here took the time to give me a lesson on how to operate the sail. He did a fantastic job on explaining to me exactly how to operate it. After my lesson, my family go on board and we went sailing for an hour on the lake. We had such a blast on the lake, it was truly the best experience we had on our 2 day vacation in Montauk. Do yourself a favor and visit this business if you are in the area. I went here on July 4th to rent a paddle boat (I can't comment on the mini golf). They were surprisingly not crowded given the day, and we were quickly served and set up with a boat. I thought the price was a little outrageous but given where we were it was to be expected. Going from the bay to the green this place has you covered. This isn't any traditional golf course its one with 17 holes, a chance to win a free game, and paddle boats. Now as for a mini golf course the place is average, nothing bad or good just average. I would say they cheap-ed out on the last hole because space and put a small never to win uphill box for a free game. When your having a group competitive game sometimes the final hole is all you need to win, not a disappointing ending. As for the location its perfect in the middle area of town near ice cream and all the works. Great to use to kill time and hang out before going out. The most no frills mini golf I've ever seen. You could construct something a little more elaborate by digging holes in your back yard. I have a soft spot in my heart for the place simply because I grew up playing mini golf here, but after playing elsewhere, I really don't have the same appreciation for the "quaint" (boring) course. Anything moderately entertaining in Montauk is going to make ridiculous amounts of money during the summer because there really isn't too much to do there, so I guess they don't really need to make it more interesting, but it would definitely benefit them to have the holes constructed of a little more than astroturf and wood planks. read more

It's old school mini-golf which has not changed much since my husband's childhood days. He is certain that some of the holes like the volcano is the same! Our kids had a blast and we one free games on 2 consecutive visits (hole-in-one on 18) so they are probably fans for life. There is a small arcade upstairs which is vintage but my kids were enamored with the pinball machine. Many of the other games were out of order. There are also paddle boats, kayaks, canoes, etc. but we didn't take any of those out but others seemed to be enjoying them. The service was very friendly and helpful. We came 3 times and the same woman (long blond hair) helped us and was very patient and welcoming. It might not be one of those new glitzy courses with all sorts of bells and whistles but if you want to have some laughs and a good time you will! We will be back! read more
