I told the guy what juice I wanted and the nicotine level I also told him I need a pack of wicks. All together about $75. I got home and was going to put a new wick in my mod and he gave me the wrong wicks. I looked at the juice and it was the wrong flavor and wrong nicotine level. I'm at a 3 trying to quit and he gives me a 6. So the next day, today, I went back and it was a girl working and I explained the situation and she cut me off and SAID NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES NO MATTER WHAT! YOU GET WHAT YOU GET AND THATS WHAT YOU GOT". Very nice. Everything was still in the original packaging, nothing opened. I paid by credit card. I didn't want any credit or money back, just swap it for the right stuff. I wouldn't even have cared if it was a few bucks more for whatever silly reason. But I'm stuck with wicks I can't use and a big bottle of juice I'll never vape. You would think with how cheap stuff is online these days and you just want to support a local business and they still treat you like they don't need you. Well, I know where I'm not wanted and now all my friends do as well. I'm 57 and I will make sure that my son and all his friends that go there all find a new place as well. Ridiculous. BAD BUSINESS
